RFID fixed asset management visualization process

Fixed Asset MANAGEMENT has various characteristics such as high value, diversified varieties and uses, scattered use locations, long service life, and difficult management. It is an important link in enterprise management. As an intelligent bridge between physical assets and asset management systems, RFID technology can effectively integrate daily asset management activities and asset management systems with the help of network or GPRS wireless remote transmission functions, thereby achieving real-time synchronization of physical information and system information. consistent. Fixed asset management includes operations such as the addition, allocation, inventory, idleness, scrapping, repair and maintenance of assets. It includes the entire life process of equipment from purchase, putting into use to scrapping. When the equipment is purchased, an RFID electronic tag is installed, and the asset information is written into the RFID tag. Every time an asset management operation is performed, the RFID Reader or handheld terminal will read the electronic tag on the asset and process it according to the corresponding process. This enables efficient management of fixed assets.

Install RFID tags on each fixed asset that needs to be managed, and install RFID readers on the channels where fixed assets may flow. The host computer system will divide the fixed assets into areas or classify them for management. When the fixed assets move, the system will automatically track them. location, and determine the new orientation. Use handheld devices when taking inventory of fixed assets, and write equipment information to tags in a timely manner.

The main functional modules of RFID fixed asset management:

1. Add fixed assets: Read the RFID electronic tag in the asset management system and fill in the relevant attributes of the equipment to be managed (such as asset name, usage department, supplier name, storage location, etc.), and use the RIFD electronic tag Fix it on the corresponding asset by pasting or riveting screws.

2. Fixed asset allocation: When fixed assets need to be used, the department or user needs to be changed. The asset allocation operation needs to be completed. First, the review process needs to be completed on the management software and the allocation operation needs to be completed on the management software. Again, it is necessary to complete the allocation operation on the management software. In actual reality, the corresponding fixed assets are delivered using RFID as the medium.

3. Inventory of fixed assets: In the process of management of fixed assets, it is necessary to conduct inventory of fixed assets regularly to ensure that the accounts are consistent. Use handheld terminals equipped with management software, combined with RFID automatic identification technology, to check fixed assets one by one, and monitor the actual status of fixed assets (such as whether they are damaged, whether they need maintenance, whether they have changed locations, whether they need to be scrapped when due, etc. wait).

4. Fixed asset maintenance: Some fixed assets require regular maintenance during use, and some fixed assets require repair. Asset maintenance operations need to be carried out in conjunction with management processes and using RFID to correspond to actual assets.

5. Scraping of fixed assets: When fixed assets reach their useful life, you can apply for scrapping. After the system process is completed, the actual fixed assets will be disposed of as required.

6. Fixed assets report: The fixed assets management system can regularly produce classified and itemized reports as required for review by managers and financial personnel.

7. Permissions and security management: For asset use, inventory and allocation, etc., different permissions must be obtained in the corresponding management software and handheld terminal software according to different requirements. If confidential assets need to be kept in a certain area, they can be opened at the door or Install a fixed reader/writer at the channel to handle alarms when unauthorized assets come out.

In the process of fixed asset management, inventory is a very important link. RFID technology implements modern management methods and means to achieve efficient and fast modern inventory and minimize the number of inventory processes. RFID realizes the visual management of the entire life cycle of fixed assets, realizes intelligent dynamic real-time management of asset purchase, warehousing, borrowing, return, transfer, allocation, repair, maintenance, inventory, depreciation and other processes, and provides accurate data reference. It effectively increases the efficiency of fixed assets and improves asset utilization, reduces enterprise management costs and avoids idle waste of assets.
