2. Plan & Implementation

In order to solve the above pain points, AML chose Prodog® RFID digital full-cycle management software from Shanghai Lianwu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Lianwu).

2.1. RFID linen initialization binding

Each hotel textile product (including sheets, quilt covers, towels, pillowcases, slippers, etc.) is bound to an RFID tag, so that each material has a globally unique ID number and no tampering is allowed.

2.2. RFID finished linen delivery and delivery

After the linen is produced from the production factory, the EPC binding operation has been completed, and then transported to the linen warehouse for the linen entry and exit operations.

2.3. RFID linen entering the factory

When linen needs to be sent to the washing factory for washing, it needs to be put into the factory. Linen entering the factory can quickly help the washing plant record the type and quantity of linen, and generate a linen entry slip for printing, thereby reducing the manual counting of linen types. and quantity.

2.4. RFID linen tracking

On-site personnel can directly place linen on the cabinet, and the system will automatically display the linen's in-place monitoring and status, displaying the entire life cycle of the linen, allowing on-site personnel to quickly and accurately understand the usage and washing status of the linen.
