Platform Architecture

The system adopts a five-part architecture:

• Data Scanning Array: Composed of scanner groups and camera arrays. Real-time on-site data is collected via a scanning server and sent to the local main data center.

• Data Center: The foundational server storing entry/exit info for all pastures/pens, including breed, age, feed type, intake, weight gain, and multimedia (photos/videos).

• Comprehensive Business Platform: A local B/S structure management portal accessible via PC or browser. Supports data collection, control, and office applications, with remote access ports.

• Cloud Mobile Application Service Platform: Uses cloud technology for data entry, storage, and querying, ensuring real-time backup and synchronization.

• Mobile Client: Smartphones/tablets receive instructions, collect field data (GPS, barcode, fingerprint), and sync to the data center. Enables real-time monitoring and permission-based operations.

3. UHF Animal Ear Tags & Application Scope

The system uses UHF Animal Ear Tags suitable for pasture breeding, traceability, tracking, and epidemic prevention.

• Cattle Herd Management: Monitor large-scale cattle farming and open pasture tracking.

• Pig Farm Management: Track individual pig data in breeding pens.

• Sheep Herd Management: Manage sheep groups efficiently.

• General Aquaculture & Pets: Applicable to rare aquatic species and pet identification.

4. System Features

• Implantable RFID Technology: Ensures the identified animal cannot be replaced (tamper-proof).

• Durability: RFID tags are rewritable with a service life of over 20 years.

• Professional Injection: Uses disposable medical injectors with open (butterfly) handles and elongated steel needles for safe implantation.

• Data Interaction: Dedicated RFID Readers collect data and interact with the backend database.

• Global Unique ID: Non-replicable ID ensures high security.

• Versatility: Reliable for cattle, horses, pets, wild animals, and rare aquatic species.

5. Solution Introduction & Working Principle

The system employs implantable RFID tags designed for long-term internal placement. While offering unique reading and high reliability (ideal for consignment/agency breeding), the read distance is relatively short, ensuring accurate identification.

Workflow:

1. Identity Creation: Establish animal identity info via the web management system.

2. Tag Association: Link animal info with the RFID tag and implant it, assigning a unique ID.

3. Smart Management: Manage basic info, breeding, and other data based on the ID.

4. Field Reading: Users utilize handheld RFID readers to identify tags and perform APP queries/operations.

5. Data Sync: Handheld readers update management data to the central database via the APP.
