Positioning acquisition is currently a technology that attaches great importance to in many fields. Previously, the most familiar concepts of positioning were GPS (Global Positioning System) and the Beidou positioning system independently developed by my country. Internet technology is becoming more and more powerful, and wireless network technology has also begun to enter the field of positioning services. RFID technology also has very high applications in the field of positioning, such as indoor and other specific area positioning, which has many advantages. RFID intelligent positioning is a kind of regional positioning collection that uses wireless radio frequency and low-frequency positioning RFID technology to automatically identify and regionally locate personnel, and realize personnel management functions, such as: personnel attendance, personnel search, personnel area limitation, personnel Statistics, video linkage, historical trajectory query, key area management, etc.


The RFID positioning system mainly consists of four important parts: positioning tags, low-frequency locators, readers and positioning system software.

1. RFID Reader. (Also called reader) The reader is divided into two types: single frequency and dual frequency. The single frequency frequency is 2.4G, and the dual frequency frequency is divided into 2.4G and 125K. The reader is installed in the positioning area and is mainly responsible for data collection tags. Signal.

2. Position the label. The positioning tag is a 2.4G and 125K dual-frequency semi-active RFID electronic tag. The positioning tag regularly sends out 2.4G signals and receives 125K activation signals. The tag has a built-in battery and the battery is replaceable. Because the power consumption of the tag is low, a battery of the personnel tag can be used for about 1-3 years under normal circumstances. Personnel positioning tags are available in wristband type and card type. Function buttons can be customized on the card type, which can be used for distress calls or location reporting functions.

3. Handheld reader/writer. Also called a handheld terminal, it can receive wireless signals from positioning tags and display simple information about the person wearing the tag on its own screen.

4. Low frequency locator. The low-frequency locator antenna is connected to the locator through a two-core shielded wire. The activation antenna is mainly installed in the entrance and exit area to assist in entry and exit judgment and positioning. The low-frequency activation antenna is divided into two types: ground-inductive coil antenna and rod antenna.

5. Network equipment, computers and servers

The RFID intelligent positioning system uses cloud computing technology. Through the design of cloud computing, a large amount of data processing work can be completed through multiple servers, avoiding the computing pressure caused by a single server processing all data. The positioning system software consists of four Partially composed.

1. System core program: Mainly responsible for data management and receiving data sent from the data collection end, and performing comparison, query, statistics, etc. on the data sent from the collection end.

2. Information collection program: Mainly responsible for collecting data of positioning tags and performing positioning calculations on the tags.

3. Display program: Responsible for map display, personnel location display, alarm output, etc.

4. Backend management: Responsible for equipment management, the association of personnel and items with labels, File management of personnel and items, positioning area management, and various query statistics, etc.

Real-time supervision and management of personnel (the location of personnel, the number of personnel, personnel information in any room, dynamic changes in personnel, personnel seeking help in case of emergencies, alarm information for entering dangerous areas, etc.) can be viewed in real time. Active early warning can solve the problem of lag in accidents, expose the hidden dangers of accidents in advance, and avoid the sudden recurrence of accident scenes.
