This case is a technical solution for informatization and traceability management of the pig slaughtering process based on RFID technology. The information collection system realizes the information management of the entire process from purchase and admission, resting supervision, pre-slaughter quarantine, slaughtering and processing, simultaneous quarantine, sales settlement, and logistics distribution.


System workflow


1. Before slaughtering, pigs must first go through handover, quarantine and resting with upstream breeding enterprises. We become acquisition resting. The main processes include: completing the formulation of acquisition plan, registration of entry quarantine information, registration of weighing information, first Recording of settlement information, management of resting time, registration of patrol shed quarantine information, and drafting of pig slaughter notices.


2. Entering the slaughtering process, the routine workflow of slaughtering and processing:

After the hanging, ironing, shaving or peeling is completed, during the renovation and lifting process, an RFID Reader, track scale and industrial tally machine are installed next to the track. The track scale and RFID reader are connected to the industrial tally machine through the serial port, and are pre-installed on the hook. After using the RFID tag, the RFID reader reads the hook RFID information and transmits it to the industrial tally machine. At the same time, the weight of the pig collected by the track scale is also transmitted to the tally machine, and the binding and information registration work is completed on the tally machine interface.


After the whole pig has its head and feet cut off, the red and white offal (by-product outsourcing) and split into halves, it must undergo post-slaughter quarantine and rating. An RFID reader and industrial tally machine are also installed here to read the RFID tag information and record the hooked halves. Pig quarantine results and grades.
