1 Develop the concept of independent boxes

2 Warehousing process

3 Outbound process

Specify the inventory when creating a new order, and lock the inventory directly after the order is confirmed. When locking inventory, the cigar warehouse should be set to overallocation, that is, the entire box should be locked. For over-allocated inventory, during review, the quantity of the outgoing order will be removed from the warehouse. After review, the remaining containers will automatically generate a warehouse transfer task and move from the large warehouse to other storage points.

4 Order making

If a VIP customer wants a few high-quality cigars, even if there is a small amount of inventory in the warehouse outside, for the sake of VIP user experience, the sales staff can not choose the inventory recommended by the system, but directly place an order from the warehouse and unpack the entire box.
