RFID combat readiness material management solution

1 Program Overview

As the mainstay of national security, the smooth progress of military construction is an important guarantee of national security. The importance of the safety, reliability, and timeliness of military readiness material storage is self-evident.

In view of the particularity of the military's combat readiness materials and the special requirements of troop management, through rigorous and detailed research and discussions with relevant personnel and combined with the actual situation, a system was designed that includes material storage, storage, transfer, inventory inventory, and security. An intelligent management system that integrates all operation links.

Through system processes, we ensure the standardization of all aspects of warehouse management, get rid of interference from human factors, and ensure the accuracy of data in each link, as well as the safety and reliability of materials.

Troop material warehouse management

All goods information in the warehouse can be updated in real time, allowing business departments at all levels to see the warehouse conditions of their units in real time through the LAN, and understand the storage time, status and other information of inventory materials, providing a basis for each department to formulate warehousing plans in a timely and accurate manner.

The program is mainly designed in three aspects: warehousing business management, environmental monitoring and security video monitoring. The business management function of warehousing management is responsible for including basic information of goods, inbound and outbound management, inventory management, report management and system setting management. The environmental monitoring function is mainly the real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity and other environmental parameters in the warehouse. Key aspects of the warehouse Operational data is displayed in a visual form on the LCD splicing display.

2 Solution introduction

2.1 Material management

2.1.1 Basic management

Record basic information such as the name, specification, model, quantity, manufacturer, and safety inventory of materials to ensure the entry and storage of basic material information.

2.1.1.1 Unit management

Manage the information of business entities related to the management, procurement and use of materials.

2.1.1.2 Material management

Maintain various information on materials, including: information on materials, material categories, and material safety inventory.

2.1.1.3 Policy configuration

The system uses advanced algorithms to improve operating efficiency and accuracy, including: turnover strategy, shelving strategy, distribution strategy, and wave strategy. In the warehousing business, the strategy can guide staff to perform reasonable and efficient work according to system recommendations.

Shelf strategy

Guide the shelving business of materials based on the division of warehouse areas, movement lines of warehouse locations, different picking units, and material attributes of goods.

Turnaround strategy

Sort the turnover of materials out of the warehouse, and control the production date, expiration date, batch number, storage time, and available inventory.

allocation strategy

The allocation strategy is to allocate the inventory when the materials are shipped out.

wave strategy

Strategies for allocating inventory in waves and splitting picking orders.

2.1.2 Warehouse management

After the materials arrive at the warehouse, relevant information (batch number, production date, SN code, validity period, etc.) is registered and closely integrated with relevant plans to achieve lean management and inventory control.

The information collected can be configured when receiving the goods, and a computer can be connected to a barcode scanner for scanning to ensure the accuracy and real-time nature of the data.

The system provides a variety of shelving methods to adapt to different application scenarios. At the same time, combined with Smart WMS algorithm recommendations, it provides a variety of shelving strategies to maximize the use of storage space efficiency. (Searching for empty storage locations; merging into occupied locations; adjacent empty locations of occupied locations; putting on shelves to goods-bound locations; other strategies)

2.1.3 Outbound management

After the relevant units put forward the application requirements, the outbound orders that have passed the review will be approved by the competent department system and then enter the outbound tasks and then allocate the orders. After the allocation is completed, the picking will be carried out. The picking list can be printed out using the system, and the PDA is on-site. Scan material barcodes and storage locations to perform picking operations. The review of materials can be realized through the system. The system prints out-of-warehouse documents and has them signed by the approval authority, the warehouse party, and the requesting unit.

Warehouse personnel perform relevant out-of-warehouse operations according to system instructions and provide corresponding credentials. The out-of-warehouse process will be combined with corresponding algorithm recommendations to provide efficient, accurate, and refined operations.

2.1.4 Inventory management

Effectively manage the validity period and material attributes of materials, and query real-time information such as the status of materials entering and exiting the warehouse, the status of all materials, and records related to materials entering and exiting the warehouse, providing more valuable and timely analysis data for material call decisions.

Effectively manage the validity period and material attributes of materials. In inventory counting, corresponding inventory data sheets can be formed according to different filtering conditions to complete inventory operations for various needs.

2.2 Visual large-screen display

The operating data in the warehouse are displayed in real time through visual charts and projected onto the LCD display.

It includes the following key data (can be adjusted according to the relevant requirements of the army): safe operation days, material classification, general category, total quantity, total value, quality grade classification, shelf life warning, inventory warning, temperature, humidity.

2.3 Environmental temperature and humidity monitoring

Through sensors, environmental indicators such as temperature and humidity are monitored, and functions such as alarms and reports are provided in the WMS system.

(Currently, this function is only implemented in localized deployment mode, and a few manufacturers’ hardware has been interconnected; it can only be displayed on the large visual screen.)

3 program value

Real-time monitoring of the storage of combat readiness materials to ensure the safety of the entry and exit of combat readiness materials;

Improve the supervision of combat readiness materials and reduce and eliminate the illegal outflow of combat readiness materials;

Improve the accuracy of combat readiness material inventory;

Effective inventory management and control, fast and efficient flow of combat readiness materials;

Provide accurate and useful information to decision-making leaders through large visual screens and statistical reports;

Improve the speed and accuracy of combat readiness material data statistics and reduce the difficulty of summary statistics personnel;

Paperless operation improves information transmission efficiency and reduces data error rate.
