Install location tags in each pre-treatment center, and bind the processing information of the pre-treatment to the location tags. When the forklift performs the dangerous goods outbound from the warehouse, it will first determine the dangerous goods information through the electronic tag information of the pallet loaded with dangerous goods, and check the outbound order. After confirmation, the system prompts to go to the designated pre-treatment center. After the forklift arrives at the pre-treatment center according to the guidance, the scanning equipment on the forklift will first scan the location tag of the pre-treatment center and check whether it is correct. If it is correct, the forklift driver will be prompted to execute the outbound, otherwise an alarm will be issued. All processing information will be uploaded to the background system in a timely manner, the alarm information will be archived, and reports will be provided on demand.

With the introduction of RFID technology, the information management of hazardous waste will be fully utilized, and its characteristics of automatic information collection and identification, long-distance rapid identification, and strong tolerance to various environments will be fully utilized to establish an information and automation management system for hazardous waste.
