In response to various problems that occur in 4S stores, we use wireless sensor networks and RFID radio frequency identification technology, install RFID hardware and corresponding functional software, and develop a complete and efficient vehicle intelligence system for 4S stores based on the actual situation of vehicle management. management system. From the perspective of actual vehicle management problems existing in 4S stores, an RFID vehicle management and positioning system in the factory was developed.


According to the 4S store design, it operates independently. The 4S store is designed according to four functional areas, namely pre-inspection area, maintenance area, car wash area and vehicle parking area. The vehicle positioning tag system mainly achieves full coverage positioning in the above four areas and roads within the factory area, realizing vehicle tracking, real-time positioning, vehicle motion status monitoring, video linkage, data storage, repair work visualization, repair work time preset and alarm , customer mobile APP connection system and other management functions.


When picking up the vehicle for pre-inspection, the staff will equip the vehicle with a dual-frequency card tag and enter the relevant information of the vehicle into the system computer: the name of the vehicle owner, the owner's mobile phone number, the license plate number, the vehicle brand, the vehicle model and the requirements for this entry. The services performed and the related payments generated by the service are bound to the tag. The ID number of this tag is unique and will not be confused with other tags. Vehicle movement status monitoring. The dual-frequency card tag has a built-in motion monitoring module to automatically monitor the vehicle's movement status. When the vehicle is moving, the acceleration sensor detects vehicle movement, and even slight movements can be sensed. And provide real-time feedback to the system to facilitate customers' timely inquiry.


Vehicle entry and exit time records. When the staff drives into the functional area, they put the card tag close to the directional card reader. The card reader will read the card tag information and automatically transmit the information to the host computer. The host computer will use the data from the directional card reader to Live Update. Each station and vehicle in the functional area needs to install an IoT video camera on the road. The camera covers all the above areas and cooperates with the omnidirectional card reader to complete video linkage. Users can use their mobile phones to view the video footage of their vehicles in real time in the customer rest area. After entering the vehicle information, the omnidirectional card reader at the location of the tag receives the instruction and will link the camera video corresponding to the card reader to achieve video linkage; this technology is implemented using vehicle RFID positioning technology. First, RFID positioning technology locates the location of the vehicle, and then automatically matches the camera closest to the location of the vehicle.


Vehicle maintenance preset time exceeded alarm When the staff picks up the vehicle, the repair time is preset according to the different repair needs of the customer's vehicle. When the set time is reached and the vehicle maintenance is not completed, the system will issue an automatic alarm to remind the staff to handle it. Users can also view it using the mobile APP.


When each vehicle carrying an RFID electronic card tag enters the gate of each functional area, the RFID Card reader reads the RFID card electronic tag information, and the RFID card Reader sends the vehicle information to the control gate through the communication interface. For regional positioning of vehicles, managers can query the regional location of a certain vehicle through the host computer. For example, when vehicle A enters the maintenance area, the RFID Reader will read the vehicle tag and record the traces of the vehicle. The manager can input The vehicle number, owner's name, owner's mobile phone number, and license plate number can be used to query the area where the vehicle is located and achieve regional positioning of the vehicle.
