1) Install an RFID electronic tag on each gas cylinder, each RFID electronic tag has a unique ID; and number and register them, give each hazardous gas cylinder a unique identification code, and the filling unit establishes a computer data File for all gas cylinders in the unit.


2) RFID electronic tags record the ownership information, usage information, inspection information, filling information, etc. of the gas cylinder;


3) During the circulation of gas cylinders, by reading the ownership information recorded on the electronic tags, fixed-point filling is guaranteed; according to the inspection and manufacturing information recorded on the electronic tags, regular inspection and expiration scrapping are guaranteed.


System functions


1) Monitoring and management of hazardous gas cylinders


Establish a comprehensive information database of gas cylinders including all gas cylinder resume files, gas cylinder filling records and regular inspection data information in the relevant quality and technical supervision departments. The supervision department can grasp the real-time dynamic data information of the filling unit and the inspection unit, analyze and judge the actual situation of gas cylinder safety work in the area and the unit under its jurisdiction, evaluate the safety status of the filling unit and the inspection quality of the inspection unit, and stop safety hazards in time.


2) Gas cylinder filling management


The system has established a database of gas cylinder archive information within the filling unit. Since electronic tags are used to register and number each gas cylinder, the gas cylinder can be easily identified and registered by using a handheld reader during on-site operation. The handheld reader has preset relevant characteristic information of each gas cylinder. In each relevant link of on-site operation, the handheld reader will automatically process, analyze and judge the relevant information, and prompt or alarm the operator for abnormal information, preventing errors that are easy to occur in manual operation judgment and recording, reducing the difficulty and workload of operators, and realizing the automation and informatization of gas cylinder safety management.


3) Gas cylinder inspection management


The relevant information of gas cylinder inspection is entered, calculated and managed using computer-aided technology, including the following contents: inspection record entry, automatic calculation of inspection data, and inspection information reporting.


4) Accident tracing


RFID electronic tags record information of the entire process to ensure integrity and non-repudiation. In this way, once a safety accident occurs, the information of the filling personnel or inspection personnel can be viewed through the RFID tag information, so as to easily trace the person responsible for the accident. Provide evidence for the handling of events, avoid accidents, and avoid illegal operations.

5) Validity reminder

Regular inspection, scrapping upon expiration. Gas cylinders have certain usage rights. If they are about to exceed the validity period, an alarm will be sounded to remind the validity period. It prevents some illegal personnel from randomly modifying and repainting them. After the RFID electronic tag has passed the usage rights, the state will recycle it. It effectively avoids explosion accidents caused by gas cylinders that have passed the usage rights. It ensures the safe management of hazardous chemical gas cylinders.
