RFID production line material and personnel automatic identification management design application solution

The requirement of production process control is to dynamically determine the assembly route and method of the work-in-process according to the work-in-process information, so that the enterprise management can discover the production status of the work-in-process and the operation status of the production line in real time. When the work-in-process moves on the assembly line, the work-in-process status information is detected in real time. After arriving at the workstation, the worker takes it down for assembly of parts and components. After completion, it is put back into the assembly line until all processes are completed. In addition, it can generate path selection instructions and assembly prompts according to the assembly route and assembly method set by the control system.


Automatic identification implementation plan of production line


(1) When the materials of each process are issued, they are equipped with an RFID smart card;


(2) Each worker is equipped with an RFID work card;


(3) An RFID Reader is installed at each workstation;


(4) When processing, the worker reads his RFID work card first. After completing each process, the RFID smart card on the material is read once on the RFID reader. The system exchanges data with the management background in real time. After completing a work order, the material card of the next work order is replaced.


The RFID data collection system mainly includes an RFID reader with dual antennas, and each work-in-progress is bound to an RFID electronic tag.


Technical implementation plan

When the work-in-progress bound to the RFID electronic tag passes through antenna 1 and antenna 2 in sequence, two RFID tag read and write events will be triggered. The RFID electronic tag read and write events use the RFID reader code and the workstation code as keywords. By recording and processing the relevant data generated by the event, the completion status of the work-in-progress and the operation status of each workstation can be judged.

(2) Each process on the production line uses an RFID workstation reader to automatically complete the quantity acquisition of the next process


The RFID reader installed at each workstation can automatically record the completion status of each process. When a process is completed, the RFID workstation reader will read the smart card information on the material and upload the relevant data to the production line management background to obtain the quantity information of each process in real time, helping the company management to conduct production progress statistics and resource allocation.


(3) Employees use self-service card terminals to query their production records for the whole day


The company sets up self-service card terminals for employees to query their production records for the whole day. Employees can enter their work card information through the card terminal, and the system will return the employee's production record for the day, including the work orders involved, working hours and completion status, etc. Employees can easily check their work status and improve work efficiency and work satisfaction.


(4) The system counts and calculates the production progress of each group, each workstation, and each process in real time, providing managers with the best and most accurate production data for worker allocation, improving work efficiency and reducing human resource waste.
