Then, the information read from the pig electronic ear tags is uploaded to the breeding management system platform through an RFID ear tag scanner or a panel electronic ear tag identifier to establish a complete pig breeding information electronic file management system.

Counting

An electronic ear tag reader is installed on the side of the pig pen passage. When the pigs pass by, the reader will automatically upload the Pig Ear Tag information read to the breeding management system. The system will read the code in the electronic ear tag for the pigs. Inventory counting enables fast and accurate counting of pigs.

Identification

By aligning the RFID ear tag scanner with the electronic ear tag on the pig's ear, the pig's identity information can be read, eliminating the need for an experienced breeding administrator to identify or search files. Or drive the pigs to the pig pen passage and use a panel-type electronic ear tag reader to identify the pigs and read their identity information.

automatic feeding

The electronic ear tag identifier is combined with the feeding station. When the pig enters the feeding station to eat, the identifier uploads the pig's identity information to the breeding management system. The system controls the feeding machine to release appropriate food based on the identity information of the eating pig. Feed type and quantity, avoid feed waste caused by overeating, and reasonably and effectively improve the meat-to-feed ratio of pigs.

Smart weighing

When the pigs enter the weighing station for weighing, the RFID reader on one side of the weighing station will read the identity information of the weighed pigs at the same time, and upload the obtained identity information and weight information to the breeding management platform. From the beginning From weighing to the end of weighing, the whole process is fast and does not require manual viewing and recording of weighing information, which greatly improves weighing efficiency and ensures the accuracy of weighing data.

Epidemic prevention testing

By reading the pig's ear tag information through the RFID reader, you can obtain the pig's past epidemic prevention records: when to vaccinate, what type of vaccine to vaccinate, how many times to vaccinate, etc., to avoid repeated vaccination, and at the same time to prevent pigs from being vaccinated.
