RFID native chicken breeding traceability management

Utilize RFID technology, network, database management and other related technologies to realize informatization of the breeding and sales of free-range chickens, accurate logistics and distribution, and traceability of product display. Through the above means, we can ensure that the chickens raised by the enterprise are raised, transported, and sold in the process. can be effectively controlled to ensure food safety.

The construction of the native chicken traceability system can be divided into three main steps:

1. Write the chip information in advance and add the QR code on the surface of the label. Through the card reading program and taking photos, let the chickens correspond to the database one by one to complete the preliminary entry. Full-term chickens are tagged as soon as they are released from the cage. The QR code information on the label can be scanned by customers to check each cycle and growth status.

2. Farmers use dedicated hand-held devices to collect daily breeding data for local chickens in the responsible area, and upload them to the RFID information management system in the background at regular intervals. In addition to obtaining data through handheld devices, it is also necessary to set up a fixed reading head at the entrance of the chicken house to obtain the time of putting out and entering the chicken, and to check the number of native chickens every day. All this data will be uploaded to the RFID management system in the background to facilitate subsequent inquiries. Using it really plays a role in traceability.

3. After coming out of the cage, customers can scan the QR code on the label of the native chickens slaughtered at the designated point to learn the relevant information about the breeding cycle of the native chickens.
