The channel gate controller is connected to the control center through the TCP/IP communication network. The manager of the control center can set the personnel and time of entry and exit through the authorized software, which can be used to collect records of employees entering and exiting the card, and can specify whether the record is an attendance record.

When people enter and leave the gate channel, after the card swipe or the scanner gun scans the card ticket they carry, the sensor immediately emits a crisp "beep" sound, and then the gate channel automatically opens, and the person who swiped the card can pass. The card swipe record is accurately recorded in the control system middle. On the contrary, if the card is swiped without authorization, the sensor will immediately sound an alarm and the door will light up with a red indicator light, indicating that the card does not have permission to enter. The gate channel has the function of opening the door after power failure. In an emergency, managers can cut off the power supply and the gate will open automatically. At this time, the gate immediately becomes an escape passage, plays a role in evacuating people, and fully meets fire protection requirements.

People management and statistics. The system software can freely set the total number of people allowed to attend, making it convenient for customers to set according to their own needs. Additionally, real-time attendance can be changed manually in the software when special needs arise. The system counts the total number of people present based on this number and subsequent people entering the site, and then controls the opening of the entrance gate.

Authentication. After regional staff and important guests hold valid electronic certificates for verification at the gate, the gate will be released; for employees with invalid certificates, the gate will always be closed and they will not be able to enter the channel through the gate. Access restrictions can be set within the area, and personnel locations can be located through RFID electronic chips to improve overall work efficiency.
