2. Implementation of specific functions


Based on business demand analysis, this project consists of two parts: the mold usage management system and RFID identification. The RFID identification information interacts with the mold management system in real time.


(1) RFID and machine fixed reading and writing data collection


1. The collected data interacts with the mold usage management in real time, and the collected data supports WiFi network application;


2. All machines have networking capabilities to achieve 100% network management;


3. The mold usage management platform can collect, analyze and manage the data required to be collected by the machines within the project scope.


4. RFID and handheld terminals must comply with the relevant requirements of the bidding software, hardware and service list in this technical specification. The handheld terminal can accurately identify the specific information of tags within the sensing range and can interact with the management system through the network.


(2)Mold usage management system


1. Account management


The system supports the establishment, modification and change of mold ledgers. Standard EXCEL tables can be used to import and export mold ledgers. The ledgers reflect various statuses of molds in the system in real time, such as: mold quantity, normal use, maintenance, isolation, Scrap etc.


The system supports the creation, modification and change of the ledger of the mold parts Library. Standard EXCEL tables can be used to import and export the mold parts ledger. The ledger reflects the various statuses of the mold parts in the system in real time, such as: version information, quantity of spare parts. , loading and unloading time, etc.


2. Inbound and outbound management


When a new mold is put into the warehouse, the mold manufacturing end initiates a mold warehousing application. A mold acceptance report must be submitted when applying; then the process technicians will improve the basic data in the system. After completion, the information will be sent to the warehousing application object and the warehouse, and the warehouse will Scan the QR code to create a File. (In the early stage of the warehousing application process, manual input is initiated by the manufacturing end, and in the later stage, it is initiated by automatic docking with the mold manufacturing system, and a data interface needs to be reserved)


To issue the mold out of the warehouse, the production plan fills in a single item outbound application or import plan form in the system, and initiates a batch outbound application. The warehouse management personnel use a barcode gun to confirm the mold information based on the outbound application and work dispatch order information, and the system automatically identifies the external /self made.


When the completed molds are planned to be Stored in the warehouse, warehouse management personnel use barcode guns to scan and bind the mold information and warehouse location information.


When the external mold is completed and put into the warehouse, the outsourcing supervisor initiates the warehousing application. After passing the inspection, the warehouse management staff uses a barcode gun to complete the scanning and binding of the mold information and the warehouse location information.


3. Mold usage management


Basic information: table import/manual entry (basic information includes: mold designer, mold manufacturing, mold life, number of holes, whether to mix Tooling, mold series, production order number, etc.);


Spare parts information: spare parts quantity, usage quantity, inventory quantity, lower limit alarm, spare parts entry, version information, version number settings, etc. The system automatically initiates an evaluation process for spare parts that have two or more versions of the same part and have not been used for more than 2 years. Disposal.


Mold life: The system adds an RFID fixed reading and writing device on the machine to read the molds being used on the equipment. The device corresponds to the machine one-to-one, and reads the machine's operating pulse signal, the number of signal collections and the machine cycle. The number of times is consistent, and the number of mold opening and closing times and usage can be calculated. The system automatically determines the life according to the mold life limit set when the mold is put into storage. The expiration system initiates a life warning assessment.


Routine maintenance: In accordance with the "Mold Maintenance Management Measures", any type A/B mold that enters and exits the warehousing system during the production period will be deemed to have been maintained, and the maintenance cycle will be automatically refreshed.


4. Technical changes, mold maintenance and isolation management


The process of creating a process technology port (can be added individually or imported in a form), and after confirmation by the mold administrator, the mold library scans the code for the mold, and then processes it according to the business process solidified in the system.


5. Mold life management


The service life of the mold is set when it is stored in the warehouse (such as opening and closing the mold ** times), and the number of opening and closing the mold is counted based on the RFID fixed reading and writing device of the processing machine tool. If there is an early warning of life expiration, the mold administrator initiates a service life assessment, process technology, and quality. After the TET team unanimously approves, the mold life is re-assigned. If NG is evaluated at any point, the mold is isolated.


6. Spare parts management


Daily management


After the mold is put into storage, basic information related to the spare parts corresponding to the mold is entered into the system. When the quantity of spare parts exceeds the lower limit, an early warning is issued. After the early warning, the warehouse management initiates a purchase application and implements the purchase of spare parts into the warehouse through the procurement process.


New spare parts that need to be purchased are created by the process technology department. After confirmation by the mold manager, the procurement plan is initiated and the spare parts are purchased and stored in the warehouse.

When the mold is applied for storage, the manufacturing end maintains the mold parts list. Mold parts are not subject to life assessment. Consumable parts are estimated to have a service life based on mold design requirements. Technicians can adjust the mold consumable parts list based on actual production conditions.


The wearing parts of each mold are maintained by craftsmen. When there are wearing parts in the mold, the mold repair completion interface will display a list of wearing parts. If the fitter does not select wearing parts when confirming the repair completion, there will be a pop-up window to remind.


During the normal production stage, the mold enters the maintenance process for some reason. After the mold fitter's maintenance is completed, the consumable parts can be replaced in the system. At the same time, the life of the consumable parts is reset and automatically calculated based on the production data.


During the normal production stage, for molds that have not been maintained, the system automatically calculates the life of the consumable parts assigned, and automatically initiates a confirmation process after the life expires. If the part is confirmed to be NG, the mold will enter the mold maintenance procedure.


When the mold service life expires, the system automatically locks the mold and cannot perform all other operations except mold life evaluation. At the same time, automatic email feedback is provided immediately.


7. Inspection and inventory


Automation of daily inventory of molds, automatic inventory through RFID and handheld terminals, and processing of inventory data in the system to reduce inventory time, improve inventory accuracy, and improve inventory efficiency.


8. Mold maintenance and scrap management


Any mold produced within the maintenance period will be deemed to have been maintained after being put into storage, and the maintenance period will be automatically refreshed.


The system automatically initiates maintenance reminders in advance based on the set maintenance cycle and production times. The mold administrator initiates maintenance, the mold is shipped out of the warehouse, and the mold repair team performs maintenance. Maintenance records are automatically generated. After scanning the code, the mold is put into storage.


Note: Maintenance details are first entered into the system to generate options such as A\B\C and other maintenance contents. After the maintenance is completed, check the content and the system will automatically generate it for later review.


9. Other business management


Business module content


Mold code generation Mold RFID is generated by the mold manufacturing end after the mold is qualified, and the manufacturing end RFID code is compiled according to rules. The basic information corresponding to the code must include: drawing number, serial number, designer, mold name, design digits, design life, mold process name, manufacturer, warehousing time, common mold status of parts, copy mold, borrowing relationship, manufacturing Fees etc. Before the mold is sent to the warehouse, the mold manufacturing system pushes basic information to the mold usage management system. The manufacturing end completes most of the information entry, and then the detailed information is entered for the process. After that, the warehouse manager scans the code to handle the warehouse entry.


Scan the QR code to manage the production plan and send the production plan list to the warehouse administrator in the system (manually upload it to the mold usage management system). The system matches the storage location and location of the corresponding mold in the mold library, and the warehouse administrator passes the handheld Scan the code with the end-to-end code scanner. If the scanned code information matches the system data, it can be shipped out of the warehouse. When entering the warehouse, scan the QR code of the storage location on the shelf and then scan the RFID code on the mold. The system will automatically bind the mold information to the storage location information. And upload it to the system to achieve warehousing.


Mold abnormality feedback management 1. When the mold processing is abnormal, automatic email and pop-up window feedback function will be provided after more than 2 working days (the mold administrator has the authority to eliminate the abnormality but must make a note). 2. Report management can customize reports and share data. Including but not limited to the following reports: mold inventory report, warehouse entry and exit frequency report; report on the number of times the mold is bound to the machine during the cycle; report on the production information bound to the mold and the machine during the cycle, process parameters, production frequency; mold parts Quantity report; exception handling summary table; employee work efficiency analysis table, mold circulation time report within the cycle, etc.
