RFID mine personnel attendance monitoring system solution

1. System Overview

In recent years, the number of high-gas mines has been increasing. How to strengthen production safety and improve the efficiency of search and rescue work has been placed in front of the national authorities and leaders at all levels. With the country's increasing emphasis on coal mine safety and the continuous strengthening of supervision, my country's large and medium-sized coal mines and the majority of small coal mines in towns and villages have been equipped with a large number of coal mine safety production monitoring systems. The promotion and application of these safety equipment has greatly improved the safety production situation of my country's coal mines. However, there are still common difficulties in managing personnel entering underground coal mines.

The RFID personnel attendance monitoring system uses passive identification cards and applies automatic information identification technology to conduct real-time attendance, tracking, positioning, and management of personnel entering coal mines. It can grasp the detailed information, attendance status, work area, and movement trajectories of underground personnel in real time. , perform non-contact identification and tracking display of moving targets in the tunnel, and draw the personnel's whereabouts. While displayed on the ground host, it can be remotely transmitted to the data center of the superior management department. This system can correctly handle the relationship between safety and production, safety and efficiency, improve the accuracy, real-time and rapid performance of coal mine safety monitoring functions by staff, effectively manage miners, and ensure the efficient operation of emergency rescue, disaster relief, and safety rescue.

2. System principle and structure

Install radio frequency antennas and underground substations in the passages where people entering the mine pass and in the tunnels that need to be monitored. When people pass by the radio frequency antenna, the passive identification card encapsulated in the mine cap senses the magnetic field energy of the radio frequency antenna and emits a globally unique ID number. At the same time, the personal information Stored in it is immediately uploaded to the radio frequency antenna. The radio frequency antenna sends the read information to the underground substation through the data transmission cable. The underground substation will receive the employee information corresponding to the passive identification card and the detection time. It is stored in the data storage, and when the server of the monitoring center is inspected, it is uploaded to the server of the monitoring center through the data transmission interface for display and query.

3. System design process

This system follows the principle of "unified card issuance, unified equipment, and unified management" and implements a "one person, one card" system for permitted personnel and teams. This identification card can be regarded as an "employment card" or "tunnel access card." specific plan:

1) Coal mine production units install underground sub-station equipment at the intersections of underground tunnels and working surfaces.

2) Coal mine production units issue and equip identification cards to underground workers.

3) The system database records the basic information of the person corresponding to the identification card, including name, age, gender, team, type of work, position, personal photo, validity period and other basic information.

4) The identification card will take effect after the production unit authorizes it. The scope of authorization includes: the tunnel or working surface that the employee can access. In order to prevent irrelevant and illegal personnel from entering the tunnel or working surface, the system sets up the time management module for the card's access to the tunnel or working surface and the card's invalidation and loss reporting.

5) Workers entering the tunnel must carry the identification card with them. When the card holder passes by the location where the identification system is installed, the system will read the card number information and transmit the location and time of the card holder's passage through the system transmission network. The data will be transmitted to the ground monitoring center for data management; if the collected card number is invalid or enters a restricted channel, the system will automatically alarm. The monitoring center personnel on duty will receive the alarm signal and immediately implement relevant safety work management procedures.

6) Once a safety accident occurs in a tunnel, the monitoring center can know the basic conditions of the trapped persons as soon as possible to facilitate accident rescue work.

7) The system can automatically generate reports on attendance statistics and management to improve management efficiency.

4. System functions

(1) Attendance function: It can count the name, time, position, quantity, etc. of people entering the well in real time, and timely count the number of shifts, shifts, late arrivals, early departures, etc. of personnel from each unit; statistics, query, summary, and report generation of attendance data , printing, etc.

(2) Tracking function: Real-time dynamic tracking of underground personnel, position display, running trajectory playback, real-time dynamic query of the distribution of underground personnel in a certain area at a certain time.

(3) Alarm function: The system can automatically display and alarm when the number of people entering the well exceeds the plan, enters restricted areas, timeout of well lifting and system failure.

(4) Rescue search: location information can be provided to facilitate timely rescue.

(5) Networking function: The system has a powerful networking function. According to user needs, the monitoring center and each mine-level system can be networked and run in a local area network, so that all networked mine-level systems can share attendance tracking within the scope of use authority. Data facilitates remote query and management.

(6) Expansion functions: The system provides powerful expansion space, and the vehicle management system and Access Control identification and attendance system can be expanded according to needs.
