RFID helps realize waste resource classification and recyclable recycling

With the needs of smart cities and environmental protection, waste classification is imperative. With the development of society, the Environmental Sanitation Department has always hoped to use effective methods and technologies to control the management of sanitation trucks and trash cans. It is impossible to grasp the number and distribution of facilities; it is impossible to ensure that the number of garbage collection times is in place and that garbage is cleared every day; it is impossible to eliminate problems such as collection and transportation not following prescribed routes and overspeed operations; it is impossible to ensure timely transfer and dispatch of garbage. Garbage classification management carries out intelligent "ID Card" RFID electronic tags embedded in trash cans, which are tracked and operated through intelligent monitoring systems.

By realizing the reasonable classification of garbage, we can realize the recycling of resources. The traditional garbage disposal methods are incineration and landfill, which are neither effective and reasonable treatment methods, but also cause serious secondary pollution. The concept of garbage management, garbage classification, is divided into four categories: recyclable garbage, hazardous garbage, kitchen garbage, and other garbage. Information management of trash cans is carried out to achieve resource classification and renewable recycling.

FID technology realizes intelligent information management of trash cans, making it easier to classify garbage resources. RFID electronic radio frequency tags are embedded in the trash cans. Each trash can has an RFID electronic radio frequency tag with a smart chip. RFID technology is used to collect information from each link to quickly understand the number and distribution of sanitation facilities and ensure that the number of garbage collection times is in place. , Ensuring daily garbage collection, timely transfer of garbage, and timely dispatch will become important links in the supervision of environmental sanitation and transportation.

Advantages of using RFID technology to realize intelligent supervision of trash cans:

1. Non-contact data collection

RFID technology has greatly improved the ability to collect, exchange and track information on collected objects. Users do not need to be in close contact with the garbage, which can reduce the aftertaste of garbage inhaled by workers, improve work efficiency, and help managers dynamically manage trash cans.

2. High security

Data access to the tag is password protected, the identity code is unique and cannot be imitated, and the tag represents encryption technology. This highly secure protection measure makes the data on the tag difficult to forge and tamper with.

3. Small size and various shapes

Because RFID electronic tags can be made into self-adhesive labels, they are ultra-thin and small in size, and are specially designed to fit the smart label on the surface of the trash can.

4. Reusable

RFID electronic tags can repeatedly add, modify and delete the data Stored in the RFID tag, thereby facilitating information updates.

5. Prevent conflicts

While waiting for transportation, the trash cans are often stacked on top of each other, and it is unbearable to move different types of trash cans back and forth. Using multi-card collision recognition technology, it can identify more than 200 cards at the same time and search for specific tags within a few meters. The ease of inventory and inquiry is outstanding.

6. Combined with barcodes

Patterns and barcodes can be printed on the surface of RFID electronic tags, and they can be used together with barcodes to facilitate multiple uses of a machine. The information on the operation sheet can be checked and the barcode can be read.

RFID garbage removal supervision is carried out by installing a vehicle-mounted RFID Reader device inside the garbage truck and pasting a garbage bin identification RFID electronic tag outside the garbage bin. When the garbage truck starts loading and unloading garbage, the ultra-high frequency RFID reader device on the vehicle The UHF RFID tag on the bin being operated will be read. Through RFID technology, informatization and intelligence can be achieved to improve the quality of urban environmental management and control. Environmental protection work mainly uses RFID technology to collect information from various parts and establish a smart health platform to help the development of smart cities.
