Design and application solution of UHF RFID intelligent production line management system

Project Background


In traditional production line management, enterprises often face many challenges and difficulties. Data collection and management in the production process rely on manual operation, which is prone to errors and delays, resulting in low production efficiency and unstable product quality. In addition, traditional production line management often lacks the ability of real-time monitoring and data analysis, making it difficult to timely discover production bottlenecks and optimize production processes. In order to solve these problems, we proposed a design and application solution for an ultra-high frequency RFID intelligent production line management system.

Solution Design


Based on UHF RFID technology, an intelligent production line management system is designed to solve the difficulties of traditional production line management. The solution design includes the following key steps:


1. Deployment of RFID tags and industrial RFID Readers: RFID tags and industrial RFID readers are installed at key nodes of the production line to track and collect information about goods in real time. RFID tags have unique identification codes that can accurately identify each cargo. Industrial RFID readers are responsible for reading the information on RFID tags and transmitting the data to the central server.


2. Construction of central server and management system: The central server is the core component of the UHF RFID intelligent production line management system. It is responsible for receiving, storing and processing data from each node. The management system is based on the central server and provides a user interface and functions for real-time monitoring and management of the production line. The management system can display real-time data, generate reports, perform data analysis, and support decision making and production scheduling.
