Classic case of RFID milking station channel inventory and presence identification

The quality and quantity of milk sources are related to the survival and development of the milking farm. In order to increase the milk production and ensure the quality of the milk, a dairy farm introduced the Kezhili electronic ear reader, which uses RFID radio frequency identification. Technology carries out information management of milking cows and solves or optimizes problems encountered during the milking process in an orderly manner.

Channel identification inventory

The RFID electronic ear tag reader is installed at the entrance of the milking station. When a cow wearing an electronic ear tag enters the channel, the reader will automatically identify the ear tag information, determine the cow's identity information, obtain cow epidemic prevention detection information, etc., and based on The unique code of the electronic ear tag can be used to count the number of cows, count the number of cows milked today, and arrange a reasonable milking plan for the cows.

On-site identification

After the cow enters the milking table, the electronic ear tag reader at the milking table begins to sense the cow's ear tag on the milking table and determines whether the cow is on the milking table and which cow is on the milking table. After the milking is completed, the milking time, milking volume and the identity information of the cow will be uploaded to the management system for registration. You can then view the past milking data of the cow to understand the milking situation of the cow. If there is a large fluctuation in the quality of the milk source, it can be traced back to the cow's own condition or the reason of the milking station to ensure that the quality of the milk source does not go wrong.

Field application scenarios

Application benefits:

1. Inventory and count the number of milking cows and reasonably plan the number of milking cows per day;

2. Obtain the epidemic prevention and testing information and disease status of each cow to avoid unreasonable milking that affects the quality of the milk;

3. Accurately identify the information of existing cows, understand the milk production of each cow, and feed each cow reasonably;

4. Monitor the cows in the milking station in real time to ensure the traceability of milk quality;

5. Automatically upload data on each milking situation to avoid errors caused by manual entry;

6. Each milking data is saved, and past milking data can be analyzed to increase the milk production of each cow in a targeted manner.

7. From entering the channel of the milking table to the end of milking, the entire process does not require excessive manual intervention, which effectively improves work efficiency and improves the automation level of the milking farm.
