Installation process

RFID tag information binding

RFID tags have a globally unique code. Bind RFID tags to household warehouse goods and give different types of goods an RFID electronic ID Card.

Write the corresponding cargo information in different RFID tags, and then attach the RFID tags to the cargo to complete the information binding between the tags and the cargo.

RFID access door reader installation

Connect the RFID UHF channel door reader with the warehouse management system, and then install the RFID UHF channel door reader at the entrance of the warehouse. When the forklift carries the goods into the warehouse, the RFID Reader automatically obtains the RFID tag information.

RFID readers are installed on both sides of the warehouse exit conveyor belt. The goods are transported out of the warehouse along the conveyor belt. When passing through the RFID reader, the RFID tag and the RFID reader perform data reading and exchange to complete the acquisition of information.

When a forklift carries goods with RFID tags into the warehouse, the RFID passage door reader quickly and accurately reads the tag information and counts the quantity and time of the goods entering the warehouse. No need to stop during the entire identification process. The RFID channel door reader will upload the identified tag information, warehousing quantity, and goods type to the management system for list verification. If the information is correct, it can be put into the warehouse and the goods will be handed over to the handling robot in the smart warehouse to transfer the batch of goods. Classify and Store the goods; if the information is incorrect, mark the batch of goods and notify relevant personnel for processing.

The goods in the warehouse are transported out of the warehouse on the conveyor belt. When passing through the RFID channel door reader, the RFID channel door reader reads the tag information, obtains the information about the outbound shipment, and checks the label with the outbound list. If the information is correct, it will be shipped out normally. If the information is inconsistent, the batch of goods will be marked and the system will stop the shipment. At the same time, the built-in buzzer and warning light of the RFID channel door reader will sound as a reminder.
