Project Background
As a special regulatory area, the bonded port undertakes the task of a large number of material transport vehicles entering and leaving. However, the traditional manual recording method has problems such as inefficiency, error-proneness and easy tampering in the links of vehicle parking, registration, weighing, etc., which has caused serious economic losses to enterprises. In order to solve these problems, the bonded port RFID transport vehicle intelligent supervision system came into being.
Difficulties in bonded port management
As a special regulatory area, the bonded port needs to strictly supervise the vehicle entry and exit, material transportation and other links. However, the traditional manual recording method has the following problems:
1. Inefficiency: Manual data entry is time-consuming and error-prone, and cannot meet the needs of fast and accurate management.
2. Human error: Manual operation is prone to data entry errors, causing economic losses to enterprises.
3. Fraud risk: Manual recording methods are prone to tampering and there is a risk of fraud.
The traditional vehicle management method in bonded ports is complicated and inefficient
Vehicle management solutions
1. RFID electronic license plate recognition: The system uses radio frequency identification technology to realize vehicle identity recognition and electronic license plate information collection, judge the legality of overweighing, and prevent illegal vehicles from overweighing.
2. Automatic weighing and measurement: The system automatically performs weighing and data collection, records key information such as license plate number and cargo information, and realizes intelligent automatic weighing throughout the process.
3. Automatic voice prompt: The system voice broadcasts important information during the process, such as weighing information, etc., to improve the operator's work efficiency.
4. Infrared anti-cheating: The system uses infrared technology to detect whether the vehicle has cheating behavior, such as inaccurate weighing, the presence of other counterweights, etc., refuses to weigh and issues a voice warning.
5. Video monitoring: The system is equipped with a surveillance camera to monitor the vehicle's weighing situation 24 hours a day, and records the video for later inquiry.
6. LED display: Real-time display of weighing weight information, as well as detailed information on vehicles and cargo.
7. Open interface, flexible expansion: The system has an open interface, which is convenient for seamless docking with other systems and customizing additional functions according to customer needs.
Solution composition
1. RFID Reader: used to read and write RFID tag information on the vehicle. The reader communicates with the RFID tag on the vehicle through radio frequency signals to obtain key information such as the vehicle's identity information and electronic license plate number. RFID readers are usually installed on Access Control devices at the entrance and exit channels to automatically identify and record vehicles when they enter and exit.
2. RFID tag: RFID tag installed on the vehicle, used to Store key data such as the vehicle's identity information and electronic license plate number. RFID electronic tags can use passive or active technology. Passive tags are powered and transmit data by receiving radio frequency signals emitted by RFID readers. Active tags have their own battery power supply system. Tags are usually made of durable materials to adapt to use in various environmental conditions.
3. Weighing equipment: used for automatic weighing and measurement of vehicles. Weighing equipment usually includes weighing sensors, weighing platforms and weighing display screens. When a vehicle enters the weighing platform, the weighing sensor measures the weight of the vehicle and transmits the data to the system for recording and processing. The weighing display screen can display the vehicle's weight information in real time, as well as detailed information about the vehicle and cargo.
4. Infrared sensor: used to detect whether the vehicle has cheated. The infrared sensor is installed around the weighing platform. It emits infrared signals to detect whether the vehicle is accurately weighed and whether there are other counterweights. When an abnormality is detected, the sensor triggers the system to issue a voice warning and refuse the weighing operation.
5. Video surveillance camera: used for real-time monitoring of vehicle weighing. The camera is usually installed above the weighing platform and can monitor the vehicle's weighing process around the clock. The camera will archive the surveillance video for subsequent query and analysis.
6. LED display screen: used to display the weight information of weighing in real time, as well as detailed information of vehicles and goods. The LED display screen is usually installed next to the weighing platform, which can clearly display relevant information and facilitate operators and supervisors to view.
Benefits of the solution
1. Improve management efficiency: Automated weighing and data collection eliminates the tedious process of manual recording, reduces human errors, and improves management efficiency.
2. Prevent human fraud: Through electronic license plate recognition and infrared anti-cheating technology, prevent illegal vehicle over-weighing and cheating, and ensure the accuracy and credibility of data.
3. Improve safety: Real-time monitoring of vehicle over-weighing through video surveillance system reduces the occurrence of accidents and ensures safety.
4. Reduce economic losses: Reduce the occurrence of human errors and cheating, avoid economic losses, and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
