Application scenario: RFID fixed asset management system

Description of the situation: The customer is the world's leading supplier of aseptic food and beverage carton packaging and filling systems, with three factories in Suzhou. The company has its own SAP system, which includes fixed asset management modules. During the annual and semi-annual inventory of fixed assets, the finance department exports the fixed asset data that needs to be inventoried from the SAP system, and then arranges for more than a dozen people from the entire department to go to the workshop to conduct inventory against the Excel tables of the assets. However, because of the large number of assets, Scattered in various factories, departments, and workshops, as well as constantly moving cars, forklifts, trailers, etc., brought great difficulties to the inventory. In the end, the purpose of accounting and actual accounting was not achieved.
