The semiconductor RFID reader is deployed above the wafer cleaning station. When the wafer box equipped with the TI glass tube label is delivered to the cleaning area, the semiconductor RFID reader will automatically read and determine the wafer. Whether the box has reached its preset position. After the cleaning operation is completed, the collected TI label information will be uploaded to the management system, and the wafer silicon wafers that have completed the cleaning step will be marked. When the semiconductor RFID reader reads the tag again, it can know which processes the wafer silicon wafer has completed, thereby preventing process confusion.


Semiconductor crane site identification and handling management


Site identification: RFID tags are installed on the track of the semiconductor crane, and the semiconductor RFID reader is deployed on the crane. When the RFID reader receives the RFID tag at the track site, the crane's driving position information can be obtained. Conduct real-time dynamic monitoring of the position of the crane, and conduct line planning and scheduling based on its own location to ensure the safe operating distance and transportation efficiency of the crane.


Transportation management: When the FOUP wafer box is transported by the overhead truck, the semiconductor RFID reader receives relevant information from the TI glass tube tag to ensure that the FOUP wafer box being transported is accurate. When traveling to the corresponding storage/placement location, the semiconductor RFID reader recognizes the tag information of the destination again, and places the FOUP wafer box that matches the information in the corresponding location, and at the same time, retrieves all the information at the time of placement. Upload to the management system.
