Description:

When the surface of the N-type semiconductor encounters a reducing gas with less dissociation ability (easy to lose electrons) at high temperature, the electrons in the gas molecules will transfer to the surface of the MQ3 gas-sensitive resistor, so that the concentration of free electrons in the gas-sensitive resistor increase, the resistivity decreases, and the resistance decreases. The semiconductor sensor is manufactured by using some metal oxide semiconductor materials, and the electrical conductivity changes with the change of the ambient gas composition at a certain temperature.
