AGV ground sensing tag reader low frequency RFID encoder landmark card reader

134.2KHZ desktop low-frequency reader/writer EMID|FDX-B encoder glass tube tag writer CK-TR05-US is a low-frequency reader/writer developed based on USB2.0 technology, which can support reading of RFID ground sensing tags. Write operation supports both EMID and FDX-B data formats. The reader/writer integrates a radio frequency communication protocol. Developers only need to send simple commands through the communication interface to complete the reading and writing operations on RFID tags without having to understand the complex IC card communication protocol.

◆ Standard USB2.0 communication interface;

◆ USB interface power supply, no need for separate external power supply;

◆ Support multiple data formats: EMID, FDX-B;

◆ Complete development documents and development routines.

◆ Support multiple operating systems: windows95/98/2000/xp/win7;

1. Driver installation

Unzip the USB Driver.rar File in the CD, select the default option, and complete the driver installation.

2. Software operation

Port selection

Connect the reader to the computer with a USB cable, open the software, and select the appropriate communication port. After the device is successfully linked, the buzzer will sound.

EMID Card number writing operation:

Fill in the 10-digit EMID card number into the input box and click the "Write EM4001" button. When the data is written successfully, the buzzer will sound once. If the data writing fails, the buzzer will sound twice. Click "Read EM4001" to read out the written ID card number.

   The EMID value range is: 000000000~~4294967295

  Note: According to EMID encoding rules, the maximum value cannot exceed 4294967295. Encoding beyond this maximum value will cause an error.

  FDX-B data writing:

     For AGV users, it is recommended to give priority to this encoding method. The FDX-B encoding method has more advantages than EMID in terms of card reading distance and decoding speed.

Fill in the 15-digit tag data into the input box, including 3 digits in the Country input box and 12 digits in the National box. Click the "Write" button. After the data is written successfully, the buzzer will sound. If the data writing fails, the buzzer will sound. Two beeps sound. Click "Read" to read out the written tag data.

FDX-B numerical range:

High 3-digit value range: 000~~999

Value range of the last 12 digits: 000000000000~~274877906943

Note: According to ISO11784/85 rules, the maximum encoding value of FDX-B National data area cannot exceed 274877906943, otherwise the encoding will be wrong.

When using hexadecimal (HEX) encoding, it can support writing 7 Byte data.

Country code should be <03E7, National code should be <3FFFFFFFFF
