rfid coal mine safety system solution

Preface

Safety production in coal mines is related to the safety of people's lives and property. Governments at all levels have always attached great importance to safety production issues in coal mines and adopted a series of measures to continuously strengthen safety production work. Because the coal production system is complex, the workplace is dark and narrow, and people are concentrated, the mining working face moves at any time. Changes in geological conditions will cause new situations and new problems to appear on the moving mining working face. If corresponding effective measures are not taken in time, it may Leading to major disaster accidents, which brings difficulties to safety work. How to strengthen the coal mine safety production management model and realize the modernization and informatization of management have become issues of concern to coal mining enterprises. The "sensory mine" based on the informatization and intelligence of the mining area is a good example of the successful application of Internet of Things technology in the coal industry.

"Perception of the Mine" provides comprehensive awareness of the people (personnel positioning, wireless communications), equipment (comprehensive automation), and environment (safety monitoring, mine pressure monitoring, etc.) in the mining area through comprehensive perception, and achieves full coverage through high-speed networks. It also has Intuitive image application, through 3D GIS mining area holographic display, to fully perceive the mine.

"Sensing Mine" can be used for coal mine (surface, underground) safety production, coal industry comprehensive informatization, tax bureau, coal bureau, county coal output monitoring, forestry system monitoring, power system high-voltage switch monitoring and control, etc. Scenario, there are currently many successful cases across the country. The focus of the implementation of "aware mines" is the access to all sensory layer networks related to the safety and production of mining areas. Because during the construction process of the mining area, different sensor manufacturers are different, and the protocol interfaces are not unified. Some are early construction projects and do not have intelligent interfaces. Full access to the sensor network is the basis for comprehensive "perception" of the mine.

"Sensing mines" not only improves the safety management level of mines, but also involves production, such as using information technology, network technology and sensor networks to monitor various production areas such as coal conveying belts, coal bunkers, coal washing plants, water bunkers, and substations in mining areas. The perception and control of related equipment systems have greatly improved the automated production capabilities of the mining area and is a model of the integration of "two informatizations".

  "Aware Mine" system structure

The comprehensive information system of coal mines combines advanced automatic control, communication, computer, information and modern management technologies to integrate the control, operation and management of the enterprise's production process as a whole and provide overall solutions to achieve enterprise optimization. Operation, control and management, thereby improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Comprehensive automation is an effective means for coal mines to achieve high productivity and efficiency, and plays an important role in improving coal mine production operations, safety levels, accident and disaster predictions, and production business management.

This solution is to launch an efficient, reliable and safe automated network system based on the actual needs of current coal mines. This system takes the mine comprehensive automation information platform as the main body, and uses technologies such as mining optical fiber industrial Ethernet ring network and industrial field bus to jointly build a comprehensive digital information transmission platform.

The sensing layer equipment consists of a large number of sensors that sense the environment, electromechanical, personnel, etc., such as wind speed, air volume, temperature, rotation speed, vibration, voltage, current, power and other sensors, methane, CO, CO2, O2, anchor pressure, drilling Sensors such as stress and roof separation environment, sensors such as deviation, coal stacking, smoke, and belt slippage, coal bunker level gauges, water level gauges, and other sensors, as well as cameras, RFID personnel positioning, etc. These sensors build a huge sensor network layer on the surface and underground of the mining area.

The network layer equipment mainly includes Gigabit optical ring network and network switch equipment, photoelectric conversion equipment, routers, firewalls, servers, etc. laid on the ground and underground, as well as the PHS network or Wi-Fi network used to achieve wireless coverage, which together build a coverage Data network throughout the mining area.

The application layer is the comprehensive information system of the mining area, including the mining area 3D GIS system, comprehensive automation system, personnel management system, video surveillance system, SMS management platform, mining area emergency command system, dispatching system, etc. The application layer software provides various general data interfaces, on which the hoist monitoring system, safety monitoring system, mine communication system, emergency rescue communication system, video monitoring system, underground dispatching wireless communication system, and main alley can be easily integrated. The transportation system, coal preparation plant computer control system, main fan monitoring system, compressor monitoring system, central pump room monitoring system, industrial TV system, etc. are seamlessly linked, and finally transmitted to the application layer through the industrial Ethernet platform for unification. management, as shown in Figure 1. Truly realize the informatization and automation of production links such as mining, excavation, transportation, wind, water, electricity, and safety in mines, thereby optimizing production and management.

case analysis

In view of the actual situation of the coal mine, based on the overall consideration of the information network, taking into account the original construction investment and future development needs of the coal mine, a complete sensory mining system was established in Rujigou Mine. With the construction of this system, the information management of the whole mine will be gradually realized, and the level of safety production and operation management of coal mines will eventually be comprehensively improved.

The main production links included in centralized monitoring cover the entire process of production and safety, including: main coal flow transportation, underground water supply and drainage, 35 kV substation, ground substation, underground substation, mine ventilation, compressed air system, water supply and drainage , water treatment, main well lifting, etc. The main production links that need to be included in centralized monitoring include: mine environment monitoring, fire bundle pipe monitoring and forecasting, fully mechanized excavation working face, nitrogen injection, grouting, etc. The network structure is shown in Figure 2.

The communication network platform of the mine comprehensive information system is Gigabit industrial Ethernet, which is divided into a ground Gigabit fiber optic ring network and an underground Gigabit fiber optic ring network. The ground and underground ring network Ethernet switches are respectively mounted on the ring network and are used for monitoring. Substation access provides 10 Mbit/s and 100 Mbit/s downlink interfaces. Each ring network has two logically independent single rings with opposite transmission directions and are configured as self-healing rings with automatic switching.

Coal mine comprehensive automation uses the idea of fully integrated automation to integrate the equipment monitoring of all production links in the mine. It cooperates with the industrial television monitoring system and uses industrial Ethernet to realize monitoring of all production environments and equipment of the entire mine in the ground central information center control room. Monitoring and control; transmit information to mine-level leaders through the network, so that mine-level leaders can understand safety, production, finance, personnel, operations and other information at any time through computers in the office, achieving unified scheduling and unified management of the entire mine.

The coal mine data center server can be connected to the group information center through a dedicated line. The local center server serves as a data substation of the group center network to realize coal mine data collection and preliminary analysis. The processed data is sent to the information center, and the information center server performs unified processing or storage.

The solution has a high technical starting point and strong pertinence. On the one hand, it makes full use of the existing automation equipment in coal mines, integrating equipment from different periods, different manufacturers, and different automation levels to achieve unified management; on the other hand, it achieves the goals of comprehensive automation and comprehensive informatization of coal mines, reaching the level of domestic advanced technology. level. The implementation of this plan will surely provide demonstration and reference significance for the comprehensive informatization and automation transformation of other old mines.
