Using RFID technology to simulate automobile assembly lines

Parts warehousing


1) Office staff centrally prints QR code parts labels based on parts order information. 2) After arrival, select the order information and paste the parts batch labels. After scanning the parts label for confirmation, the official warehousing is completed. RFID tag issuance

The scanner gun scans the employee ID and logs in to the respective employee interface. 3) During the assembly process, use the USB scanner gun to scan the labels (barcodes) of the component packaging used to bundle the components with the electronic work order.
