RFID active radio frequency card: carried by construction workers or staff, usually installed on the construction worker's belt or helmet. There are two-way and one-way cards: the one-way card can only send its own ID number, the two-way card can not only send information to the monitoring center, but the monitoring center can also send information to each construction worker. At the same time, the two-way card has a button and indicator light. , you can press the emergency button to call for help in case of danger. If the general project is mainly about attendance, it is recommended to use a single card; if the system is mainly about attendance and positioning, it is recommended to use a two-way card. For example: when a special situation occurs in the construction unit, the construction personnel only need to press a button, and an alarm will sound in the monitoring center. When something happens in the monitoring center, the monitoring center can send a signal to each construction worker, or it can send it to a group and prompt it through the indicator light.


RFID Card reader: A card reader needs to be installed both inside and outside the construction unit. At least 2 are required in a system. If it's positioning, more is needed. The specific installation should be carried out according to the conditions of the construction unit. The general principle is to install one every 150 meters. It can also be installed at corners and in some areas that require special monitoring.


The principle of the construction site personnel positioning and attendance system is regional positioning, which is based on the position of each card reader. Therefore, the accuracy of positioning depends on the recognition distance of the reader. The distance of the reader can be adjusted through software, so in When considering positioning accuracy, you must also consider the card reading distance and the overall cost of the system. That is to say, the higher the positioning accuracy, the closer the card reading and recognition distance is, and the higher the cost.


Fiber optic converter: Convert signals to fiber optic signals to expand the transmission distance. When the transmission distance exceeds 600 meters, a fiber optic converter is used to transmit data through optical fiber. The card reading terminal passes through the optical fiber, and finally transmits the read data information to the computer host through the optical fiber.


Computer host: Installed in the monitoring room not far from the entrance of the construction unit. The computer is equipped with attendance and positioning software to monitor construction workers through the computer. It is connected to the terminal via the serial port. At the same time, the computer host also controls the display content of the LED screen.
