Production stage: The producer Stores the name, variety, origin, batch, pesticide application, producer information and other necessary content of the product in the RFID tag, and uses the RFVID tag to record the initial product information and production process. When purchasing, the information on the labels is used to quickly sort the products, and different purchase prices are given according to the different conditions of the products.
Processing stage: The information in the RFID tag is used to sort the products. Only products that meet the processing conditions are allowed to enter the next processing link. For products entering the processing link, the information recorded in the RFID tag is used to carry out targeted analysis of different products. Processing to ensure product quality. After processing is completed, the processor adds the processor's information, processing method, processing date, product grade, shelf life, storage conditions, etc. to the RFID tag.
In the transportation and warehousing stage: use RFID tags to understand and track the transportation route and time of transportation vehicles with fixed readers installed along the way. Install fixed readers at the entrance and exit of the warehouse to automatically record the entry and exit of products. Many agricultural products have high requirements for storage conditions and storage time. Use the information recorded in RFID tags to quickly determine whether the product is suitable for storage in a certain warehouse and how long it can be stored. When leaving the warehouse, prioritize the products based on the storage time. products in the warehouse to avoid economic losses; at the same time, the use of RFID can also achieve rapid inventory of the warehouse, helping managers understand the status of products in the warehouse at any time.
In the sales stage: Merchants use RFID tags to understand the status of purchased goods and help them implement access management. When collecting payment, using RFID tags can confirm the price of goods purchased by customers more quickly than using barcodes, reducing customers' waiting time. Merchants can write the name of the product, sales time, salesperson and other information into the RFID tag to confirm the product when customers return the product or recall the product. When a problem occurs with a product, the entire process can be traced based on the content of the RFID tag because information about the production, processing, transportation, storage, and sales of the product is stored in the RFID tag.

This system combines the actual needs of enterprises for product safety traceability and selects eight links, including planting, acquisition, initial processing, finishing processing, inner packaging, outer packaging, finished product inspection, and distribution, as traceability control points.
