Special introduction to semiconductor RFID readers and writers

With the promotion of the wave of automation and intelligence, coupled with the protection of national policies, even if the United States imposes sanctions on my country's semiconductor chips, my country's semiconductor industry is still developing towards better and better trends. In order to better assist the development of the semiconductor industry, Jianyong Technology launched the V640 series of semiconductor RFID Readers and writers.

The V640 series is a domestic semiconductor RFID reader developed specifically for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Through RFID, a CIDRW read-write head is used to read and write the information of each FOUP from the CID carrier to grasp and track the progress of the process. When a malfunction occurs, the status can be confirmed remotely without entering the manufacturing workshop. Just specify the IP address of the main body, and you can confirm and make various settings in the backend system management office.


The internal integrated radio frequency communication protocol can complete the reading and writing of tag data through the RJ45/RS232/RS485 communication interface, and supports the IO signal of the external photoelectric switch to trigger card reading. Compatible with CID carriers produced by TI, it has excellent reading and writing reliability and environmental resistance. It has wide application value in semiconductor manufacturing workshops that require high maintenance of production efficiency and cleaning resistance, and can be seamlessly integrated into existing in semiconductor production equipment.


Using the modbus RTU communication protocol commonly used in industry and the most basic standard SECS protocol in the production process of the semiconductor industry, equipment that meets communication standards can be quickly integrated into the management system to meet the communication needs in production activities and can be widely used. Used in semiconductor automated production lines, power lithium battery production lines, automobile production lines, etc.


Excellent communication stability performance


1. Strong ability to resist external interference


Ordinary RFID systems using 134.2kHz are affected by electrical characteristics. If the CID carrier and CIDRW head are too close, communication will not be possible. However, the V640 has a strong ability to cope with batch and individual differences in CID carriers. Even if the distance between the CID carrier and the CIDRW head is only 2mm, no reading errors will occur.


2. Strong ability to influence surrounding metal


The designed frequency receiving sensitivity value can effectively resist the surrounding electrical influence and is not easily affected by OHT*1 drive interference, etc.


3. Strong ability to resist performance changes of CID carriers


The integrated clamp can be easily installed on the metal surface of the user's device, minimizing the impact of the actual installation environment on the reading performance.
