Scenic Area RFID Ticket Sales and Inspection System

Langshan is located in Xinning County, Hunan Province. Connected to Guilin in the south and Zhangjiajie in the north, it is the most typical Danxia landform scenic spot in China and a national key scenic spot. In view of the special scenic environment of Langshan, an economical and practical RFID ticket sales and inspection system was designed.

1. Problems existing in Langshan ticket management

(1) The financial statistics of tickets are confusing.

Taoist cableways, battery cars, parking lots and other places on the mountain all charge independently, and ticket prices cannot be monitored. "Accounts", "ticket fees" and "number of tickets" are often not unified, and the financial statistics work is complicated and huge, with as many as nine financial staff.

(2) Aboriginal people on the mountain and scenic area staff led groups into the scenic area privately, resulting in serious loss of ticket money.

(3) During the Golden Week and holidays, there is a surge in tourists, and the staff of the scenic spot cannot quickly divert the crowds while ensuring that the tickets are authentic, resulting in crowd congestion at the entrance of the scenic spot.

(4) Management of self-driving tours. Many self-driving guests came to play as a family of five. He asked two children to "hide and seek" and only paid for three people. This made the manager quite helpless.

(5) Langshan Scenic Area used to use traditional paper tickets, which were extremely easy to counterfeit. Later, some anti-counterfeiting methods were added, such as steel seals, laser barcodes and other anti-counterfeiting methods, but the results were not ideal.

In response to the problems with the ticketing system of Langshan Scenic Area, Guangzhou Qier Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. developed an effective electronic ticket solution for it.

2. RFID electronic tickets completely solve the ticketing problem of scenic spots

(1) Disposable paper RFID tickets

① The RFID electronic ticket is embedded with a chip with a globally unique code. The code cannot be copied or modified, thus completely solving the problem of counterfeit tickets.

②The RFID chip has readable and writable functions. Our company designs a ticket management solution for the scenic spot.

In the first step, at the ticket office at the gate of the scenic area, tourists must prepay all the fees for all attractions in the scenic area, including cableways, battery cars, parking lots, etc., in one go.

In the second step, the ticket sales staff enters the ticket price, admission time, tourist type and other relevant information into the chip inside the ticket.

In the third step, tourists go to various attractions with their tickets to check in. Each time they arrive at an attraction, the staff uses a handheld machine to check the tickets, and at the same time deducts the fee for the attraction from the total amount of the chip ticket, and so on. When the tourists finally leave the scenic area, they can go to the ticket office with their tickets to return the remaining fare (the ticket seller uses a reader to read the tourist's travel information and total cost, and the computer automatically calculates the remaining fare).

③ Because there is no need to use the naked eye to distinguish authenticity when checking tickets, you only need to bring this anti-counterfeiting ticket close to the RFID handheld machine (POS machine) to immediately distinguish the authenticity. The pass rate is 0.3 seconds/person, so tourists can be quickly diverted.

④ Self-driving tourists cannot "hide and seek" because your car is in the parking lot. When you get off the car, you must give your electronic ticket to the parking lot staff for verification. If the number of people and the number of tickets do not match, you will have to make up for the ticket. In addition, there are no separate tickets for each scenic spot. Personally, if you only buy three tickets, two people will not be able to visit separate scenic spots.

⑤ Because RFID electronic tickets are collected in advance, leaving the refund mode ensures that the ticket money will not be lost.

⑥ RFID electronic tickets truly achieve computerized ticketing management and truly unify "tickets", "payments" and "accounts", greatly reducing the workload. The financial staff of the scenic spot has also been reduced from nine to two.

⑦ This RFID electronic ticket uses Mifare Ultralight chip, which is extremely stable and low-priced.

(2) IC card tickets made of PVC material

This type of IC card electronic ticket can be used repeatedly and is used to manage special personnel such as aboriginal people, tour guides, and scenic area staff who enter and exit the scenic area many times. In order to prevent these personnel from selling tickets to ordinary tourists to make money, the use must be printed on the ticket. This way you can ensure the uniqueness of the ticket (you can also use the fingerprint verification method: input the fingerprint of the chip ticket holder into the chip, and compare it with the fingerprint of the ticket holder when checking the ticket).
