(3) Tool movement and lending: Each tool is in a fixed area. If the tool is taken away in an incorrect way, the system will automatically give a prompt. If a tool needs to be borrowed, use the RFID handheld terminal to read the RFID information of the tool that needs to be borrowed, and save relevant information such as the lending time, borrowing department and personnel, and purpose of borrowing in the data collector and transmit it to the backend;


(4) Tools entering and exiting the warehouse: Confirm the entry and exit of tools by installing an RFID Reader at the door of the warehouse. When the tools arrive at the door, the RFID reader reads the RFID electronic tag information on the tool and feeds it back to the background. Mark "outbound" or "inbound" in the database and manually click on the screen to confirm the status;


(5) Tool inventory: Tool managers can use handheld readers to take regular inventory, read tool label information at close range, and compare it with the back-end management system. Manually check whether the variety and quantity of tools in the storage location and tool table are consistent with the back-end system. consistent. If it is inconsistent, the system information can be corrected on site, which can also prevent the difficulty of finding and losing tools caused by being placed randomly. This inventory method can shorten the inventory time of an enterprise by 85%, greatly improve the work efficiency, and also increase the inventory cycle;


(6) Tool maintenance and replacement: The tool administrator checks the label information bound to the tool to confirm whether the tool has reached the specified service life or can no longer be used. If it has reached the specified service life and cannot continue to be used, it will be scrapped and the equipment will be inspected through the handheld terminal. After reading the electronic tag information, enter the reason for scrapping, the person in charge, the approver and other relevant information in the system. The scrapped equipment information will be retained in the scrapping tool File information for query.
