Stone information collection: The information of the completed stone, such as the length, width, height and weight of the stone, is written into the electronic tag through the RFID electronic tag reader, and the user information of the stone is Stored in the tag. And the electronic tag is fixed on the stone. All stone information is stored in the computer through a wireless network connected to the terminal computer.

Vehicle in and out weight information: Electronic tags are installed on vehicles transporting stones, so that we can write the weight information and vehicle information of the vehicle in and out into the electronic tag. The daily stone output and the working condition of the vehicle can be automatically calculated by the difference in the weight of the vehicle entering and leaving the factory.

Identification information of the stone leaving the factory: Since the stone is equipped with an electronic tag, when the stone leaves the factory, we can query the electronic tag reader and writer through the factory goods to know whether the stone on the vehicle meets the factory requirements. When all conditions meet the factory requirements, the Access Control system opens the door and transmits the factory stone information back to the terminal computer. These tasks can be completed in an instant, reducing a lot of labor costs.

The terminal management computer is the focus of the application, which comprehensively processes all data and issues corresponding operation instructions. Including all stone information, stone user information, stone factory information, etc. Users can know the current status of each stone at any time. Through the application of the electronic tag system, the management of stones can be greatly improved and management costs can be saved. When an object with an electronic tag is within the readable range of the reader, the reader emits a magnetic field, and the query signal will activate the tag. The tag requires a reflection signal according to the received query signal. After the reader receives the signal reflected by the tag, it reads and identifies the electronic data stored in the electronic tag through the decoding process of the internal circuit without contact, thereby achieving the purpose of automatically identifying the object. Then the object is further identified through computers and computer networks.


When the stone production is completed, the RFID electronic tag is installed on the stone, and it is read out by the RFID Reader in a non-contact manner within a certain distance. The dynamic monitoring system based on radio frequency identification technology can simultaneously track and identify multiple target objects with electronic tags in a non-contact, high-speed and accurate manner within a certain range. Therefore, as long as the stone passes through the place where the reader is installed, the ID number of the electronic tag of all stones will be automatically read, and then the system will transmit the ID number of this tag and the stone related information to the background system for processing.

RFID readers are installed at the entrance of the stone storage and the gate of the factory. When the stone enters the warehouse, the information of the stone is automatically transmitted to the management computer through the RFID reader, and the computer will automatically register the stone into the warehouse. When the stone leaves the warehouse, the RFID reader can write the shipping information and shipping location of the stone leaving the warehouse into the electronic tag, and the management computer will register the departure. When the stone is loaded and shipped out of the factory, the RFID reader installed at the factory door will read the information of the electronic tag on the stone and judge whether it meets the requirements of leaving the warehouse and leaving the factory. If it meets the requirements of leaving the factory, the factory door lever will automatically open, and the transportation destination of the stone can be output.
