1. Reader and tag installation

Install vehicle-mounted UHF RFID equipment inside the garbage truck. The vehicle-mounted RFID equipment includes a fixed vehicle-mounted RFID device and an UHF flat-panel antenna. Paste the garbage bin identification ultra-high frequency RFID tag on the outside of the garbage bin.

2. Work flow

1. When the garbage truck starts loading and unloading garbage, the UHF RFID device on the vehicle will read the UHF RFID tag on the garbage bin being operated;

2. After the RFID device recognizes the operation time and ID number of the trash can, it transmits the data to the main station server through the vehicle, indicating that the trash can has been cleaned. The status of the trash bin means that it has been emptied today.

3. The status of the trash can has been cleared within 24 hours, and it will appear green in the main station system operation interface; if the main station server does not receive the label data of the trash can after more than 24 hours, it means that the trash can has not been emptied, and this means that the trash can has not been emptied. At this time, the status of the trash can is deemed to have not been emptied, and it is displayed in red in the system operation interface.

In this way, the time and ID information of each trash can operation will be recorded in the system. Realized digital management of urban garbage cleanup work.
