       The solution is based on RFID electronic tags, using white label tags with a size of 90*20mm and pasting them at the place where the clothing tag is made. The electronic label is written with clothing classification, size, model, category and other customer-specified information. The electronic label supports printing, and the face label can print information commonly displayed on clothing. The electronic label uses a polyester film as the substrate, with a built-in aluminum-etched ultra-high frequency RFID Antenna. It adopts the ISO 18000-6C protocol, can read and write more than 100,000 times, and is packaged in rolls. Match each electronic tag to a piece of clothing and encapsulate it on the clothing in the form of a hang tag.

       The main hardware equipment of the solution also includes a handheld terminal reader and writer, which uses a BN3028 industrial-grade handheld computer. The CPU uses Cortex-A53, an eight-core 64-bit, 2.0GHz high-performance processor. The system is upgraded to Android 8.1, 5.5-inch IPS color Display screen, resolution 720*1440. This series of handheld machines are independently developed and produced with a reading distance of up to 20 meters and can shield interference from metal shelves. Clothes are stacked densely. The handheld device can set the reading distance by adjusting the frequency to ensure accurate reading and no missed reading, and the label information between shelves does not interfere with each other. The fuselage is equipped with a handle and uses an ultra-high frequency module to work with dual-band 2.4GHZ/5Ghz networking.
