Therefore, a platform is needed that integrates garbage information and facility information collection, transportation vehicle scheduling, garbage classification and recycling, etc., to achieve centralized management and scheduling, rational allocation of resources, and optimization of garbage collection and processing efficiency. Based on the above situation, RFID smart sanitation management is proposed.


1. Attach RFID electronic tags to trash cans

Ordinary trash bins are affixed with ordinary labels, and metal trash bins are affixed with anti-metal labels. Each trash can is labeled with a unique RFID electronic tag;


2. Install readers on sanitation trucks

Installing UHF RFID Readers on sanitation vehicles can read the tags on each trash can or bucket to count the working conditions of each vehicle;


3. Install a GPS locator on the sanitation vehicle

Give each sanitation truck (sprinkler truck, road sweeper truck, garbage truck, etc.) to determine the location, travel route, etc. of the sanitation truck.


The garbage classification and recycling system in residential areas adopts the most advanced Internet of Things technology, collects various data in real time through RFID readers, and connects with the background management platform data through the self-organizing network system. Through RFID electronic tags installed on trash cans (fixed-point buckets, transport buckets), RFID readers and vehicle RFID electronic tags are installed on garbage trucks (flat trucks, recycling trucks); vehicle RFID Card readers installed at the entrance of the community, garbage transfer Weighbridges and RFID readers installed at stations and garbage terminal treatment facilities; each RFID reader can be connected to the backend in real time through a wireless module to realize the number, quantity, weight, time, location and other information of trash cans and garbage trucks. Real-time correlation enables full supervision and traceability of community garbage sorting, garbage transportation, and post-processing of garbage, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of garbage treatment and transportation, and providing scientific reference basis.


RFID sanitation vehicle management enables intuitive control of the distribution status of facilities, a clear view of facility status, and real-time understanding of facility location changes; it enables the understanding of vehicle operation status, real-time monitoring of whether garbage trucks are collecting and operating routes, and refined and real-time monitoring of collection tasks. ; Greatly improves management efficiency.
