The barcode scanning system scans and stacks the barcodes on the inspected finished product containers, and the RFID Reader writes the compressed barcode information of the entire pallet container into the RFID electronic tag through a specialized RFID Card writing card issuer. Realize the association between barcodes and RFID electronic tags and transmit the information to the central management system.


(2) In the warehousing process, pallet boxes are changed or scattered boxes are assembled:

Electronic tag information is collected through fixed RFID reading and writing equipment and underground antennas, and uploaded to the central management system. After verification, the system decompresses the data to form container barcode information, realizing docking with the one-dozen-two-scan commercial arrival scanning system.


(4) Distribution center receives:


When the pallet stays in the reading area for 2-3 seconds, the entire container on the pallet can be scanned. There is no need to depalletize single items, scan the QR code, and then stack them.
