In the combat readiness warehouse management system, the information and status of different shelves and different materials can be displayed graphically. In the event of emergency dispatch, it ensures accurate and fast material deployment, saves time to the greatest extent, and intuitively displays the status of all items.

2. Automatic inventory function of materials

During the inventory process, warehouse custodians install labels on large items or boxes and read them with a long-distance card reader; small items or small items in boxes have barcodes or labels on them and use a handheld reader to read them. Material information can be easily read, queried, edited, added and deleted, and updated in real time.

3. Material storage management function

Material warehousing includes two parts: new material warehousing and outbound material warehousing;

When new materials are put into the warehouse, the materials are coded according to rules, and the codes are assigned to labels. The labels or barcodes are fixed to the materials or boxes to ensure that the management system is updated in real time. Place the materials that have been coded, labeled, and information entered on the agreed shelves according to the rules, complete the warehousing, and generate a warehousing list.

For the re-warehousing operation of outbound materials, the consumption of materials can be updated in real time through the system. The materials read by the handheld reader/writer automatically complete the warehousing operation, and are finally placed on the agreed shelves according to the rules to complete the warehousing.

When the materials are put into storage, if you forget the location, use the control machine or PDA to check, confirm the location through the sound and light alarm device (installed on the shelf or cargo space), and place new materials.

4. Material delivery management function

Material outbound delivery includes two parts: daily outbound delivery and task plan outbound delivery;

Daily materials are shipped out of the warehouse. For daily applications, a material application is submitted, and a small amount of materials are shipped out of the warehouse after approval. The warehouse administrator reads and scans the outgoing materials based on the material outgoing order through a handheld reader or a remote fixed card reader.

The mission plan is to leave the warehouse. If there is a mission training or combat, the system will carry out the material delivery according to the preset plan. When the materials arrive at the warehouse door, they will be automatically confirmed to be delivered from the warehouse through long-distance reading. The system will judge that the materials are in the delivery status and automatically modify them. Material status; the system has a reminder function and can generate corresponding reports.

If the corresponding materials cannot be found when leaving the warehouse, use the control computer or PDA to check, confirm the location through the sound and light alarm device (installed on the shelf or cargo space), and the administrator will go to the corresponding location to pick up the goods.

5. Material query function

The warehouse management system can query real-time information such as the status of materials entering and exiting the warehouse, quantity and quality of all materials, integrity rate, material usage records, etc., providing more valuable and timely analytical data for material call decisions.

6. Permission management function

It has different management functions according to different personnel permissions. Leaders can query the real-time status of materials in and out of each unit's warehouse through the system. The person in charge of the warehouse can check the quantity, status, and entry and exit status of materials in the unit's warehouse, and has the authority to approve materials exiting the warehouse. Warehouse administrators can query the quantity, status, and entry and exit status of materials in their unit's warehouse, and enter information on inbound materials. System administrators can query the quantity, status, incoming and outgoing of materials in each unit's warehouse, and perform user management.

7. Access control management function

1# vehicle maintenance warehouse, 2# armory, 3#, 4# and other entrances are all equipped with fingerprint access control or face recognition access control. With smart locks, multiple opening methods and multiple security protections can be achieved. To open or close the warehouse door, two openers press their fingerprints on the fingerprint access control machine. The on-duty officer pops up a real-time video surveillance to confirm the person through the corps' three-level network and responds to the door opening request. After authorization and approval, the opener turns the lock to complete the opening.

Through the PSIM platform, you can complete operations such as logging in, deleting fingerprints, linking alarms, remotely opening access control, querying door opening records, locking and unlocking the screen.

8. Warehouse environment monitoring function

Smoke alarms, temperature and humidity material labels, strong earthquake sensors, three-monitoring alarm labels and other equipment are installed at multiple points in the warehouse. These devices transmit relevant data information through ZigBee networking, and transmit real-time data to the monitoring center through signal relay. , when the preset threshold is exceeded, the system automatically alarms and records it in the corresponding alarm form. Depending on the alarm level, the measures taken are also different.

9. Video surveillance function

Gun cameras and 360-degree controllable rotating cameras are installed in and around the warehouse to form an all-in-one, no-dead-angle surveillance system for the warehouse and its surroundings. The surveillance video will be saved for more than 3 months and integrated with fire alarms, access control systems, and RFID access. Library management, wall earthquake alarm and other systems are linked, and the video status of the corresponding alarm location is directly displayed on the PSIM management platform as soon as possible.

Video monitors the materials on the shelves. If the camera is moved, exceeds the warning line, materials are moved, and there are suspicious materials, etc., after video analysis, an alarm is issued, an alarm list is formed, and an alarm window pops up to remind the warehouse manager.

10. Other functions

In order to prevent personnel from malicious operations on the system, the warehouse management system should provide convenient and effective data backup and recovery functions, have redundant functions, support disaster recovery, fault migration, ensure business continuity, support unified network management functions, and for personnel The operation process is logged and backed up for a long time.
