A high-precision ultra-low power consumption (1 microwatt) temperature sensor chip is embedded on the traditional RFID chip, and a built-in 512-bit erasable non-volatile data storage unit is used to store user information and other data. The communication interface of the RF chip supports the EPC Global C1G2 v1.2 communication interface protocol. When reading the chip, the user can not only obtain the ordinary ID number, but also obtain real-time temperature information. The measurement range can reach -40 to +125 degrees Celsius. The error is 1 degree after single-point calibration at room temperature, and the error can be less than 0.1 degrees when it is between 35 and 42 degrees Celsius. The chip has good consistency.
