RFID helps the community to be more refined in management RFID battery vehicle management

Solution to prohibit electric vehicles/batteries from entering homes

System architecture

Automatically upload records of entering and leaving the community

Install an RFID electronic tag for each electric vehicle. When the electric vehicle enters the gate of the community parking lot, the RFID signal collector at the gate will collect the signal of the electric vehicle tag. Once the collector receives the signal, it will automatically open the gate to let it pass. If the electric vehicle does not stop within a range of 10 meters, the system will automatically open the door without swiping the card. The collector automatically uploads the records of electric vehicles entering and leaving the community to the property management center through the 4G network.

Voice alarm, video confirmation

Set up a corridor RFID signal collector at the entrance of the building to receive the RFID tag signal of the electric vehicle or electric vehicle battery. When the collector receives the signal, it will automatically transmit the alarm information to the 4G video alarm host. The 4G video alarm host will immediately start the voice alarm and play the warning message: "Electric vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering, please evacuate quickly". At the same time, the front-end camera will automatically switch to video mode and start recording live video.

Manual review of entry and exit records

After receiving the entry and exit records of electric vehicles, the property management center will conduct a manual review. The reviewer will check each record to ensure that only authorized electric vehicles can enter the community. If unauthorized electric vehicles are found to enter the community, the property management center will take corresponding measures, such as notifying the owner or calling the police.

Solution to prohibit electric vehicles/batteries from entering homes

According to a report by Shekou TV, Nanshui Village in Shekou Street is a typical urban village with a large number of bicycles. In order to solve the problem of electric vehicles/batteries entering homes, Nanshui Community introduced a solution to prohibit electric vehicles/batteries from entering homes and selected 20 buildings as pilots. Through the implementation of this solution, many incidents of customers bringing car batteries into homes for charging were successfully prevented, and fire hazards were eliminated in time, with good results.

Strengthening security measures

In addition to RFID electronic tags, other security measures can also be used to prohibit electric vehicles/batteries from entering homes. For example, a security checkpoint can be set up at the entrance of the community, and security personnel will conduct vehicle inspections and identity verification. Only electric vehicles that pass the inspection can enter the community.

This solution uses RFID Asset monitoring and management solutions to track and monitor fixed assets in real time. By installing fixed RFID Readers, arranging RFID tags and RFID sensor doors, the property can understand the location, status and usage of assets in real time. In addition, the system also has a security monitoring function. When an asset is displaced, the system will alarm abnormal conditions in real time to help the property find and deal with problems in a timely manner. The system relies on the data collection function of RFID tags to exchange information such as unauthorized movement of assets, temperature and humidity data, and illegal tag removal alarms with long-distance network modules through wireless signals, and notify the background system to achieve real-time monitoring and active alarms of assets.
