RFID file management is efficient and intelligent

RFID wireless radio frequency identification technology is currently widely used in various fields. It is an automatic identification technology that emerged in the 1990s. In actual applications, the RFID Reader writes data in a specific format into the RFID electronic tag, and then binds the information of the item to the RFID electronic tag, so as to read and identify the electronic data Stored in the RFID electronic tag without contact, thereby realizing the functions of long-distance, contactless collection and wireless transmission of object identification information. RFID File management is efficient and intelligent.

RFID realizes the intelligent and information-based management of archives. According to the specific business of daily storage, query, borrowing, return, anti-theft and other specific business of archives, the circulation of archives is dynamically managed. The system uses RFID electronic tags as information carriers to collect and monitor data for each link of each archive circulation, realize the automation of archive business handling, and replace the traditional work process.

The application of RFID technology to archive management has the following advantages:

1. Contactless data collection. RFID technology greatly enhances the ability of managers to collect, exchange and track information on items stored in the warehouse area. The manager does not need to open the file box. He only needs to pass the file box with the RFID electronic tag in front of the RFID reader, and the specific name, quantity, file summary and other information of the file in the box can be displayed on the computer screen, which reduces the manager's work links and improves the work efficiency, thus helping the manager to implement dynamic management of inventory files.

2. Fast scanning and large one-time data processing volume. The RFID reader can quickly read multiple related data information including cargo location information, file content summary information, etc. from multiple radio frequency tags at the same time. For example, some readers can read data from 200 tags per second, which is more than 100 times faster than traditional scanning methods.

3. RFID electronic tags have large information capacity, long service life and can be reused. The amount of stored data is greatly increased, up to 1K or even larger capacity; the content of the tag can be repeatedly erased and written without damaging the function of the tag, so that the tag can be reused.

4. High security. Each RFID electronic tag has a globally unique ID code, the data can be password protected, the identification code is unique and cannot be imitated. This highly secure protection measure makes the data on the tag difficult to be forged and tampered with.

5. Strong anti-pollution performance and durability. The carrier of traditional barcodes is paper, so it is easy to be polluted, but RFID has strong resistance to substances such as water, oil and chemicals. In addition, because the barcode is attached to a plastic bag or an outer packaging carton, it is particularly susceptible to damage; RFID tags store data in the chip, so they can be protected from contamination.

6. Small size and diverse shapes. RFID is not limited by size and shape in reading, and does not need to match the fixed size and printing quality of paper for reading accuracy. In addition, RFID tags can be developed in miniaturization and diverse forms to be applied to different files.

7. Reusable. Today's barcodes cannot be changed after printing. RFID tags can repeatedly add, modify and delete the data stored in the RFID tag, which is convenient for information updating.

8. Penetration and barrier-free reading. When covered, RFID can penetrate non-metallic or non-transparent materials such as paper, wood and plastic, and can communicate through penetration. Barcode scanners must be at close range and without objects blocking them to read barcodes.

9. The tag has an EAS anti-theft function. With the gate-type channel antenna, it can effectively prevent the loss of files and realize the alarm function of illegal removal.

The intelligent file management system uses advanced RFID technology to make the generation, archiving, borrowing, returning, searching, inventorying, and other management links of files fast and efficient. RFID technology has changed the previous repetitive manual labor of file cataloging and file boxes, making the whole process efficient and error-free, and realizing the intelligent and information management of file materials. Using non-contact handheld, desktop, and channel RFID reading and writing equipment, closely cooperate with the background database management system, and carry out linkage management with the existing monitoring system, and exchange and transmit reports with file information.
