RFID factory production line intelligent management system

1. Construction Background


The traditional production line information collection method adopts manual collection and manual input, which has problems such as insufficient accuracy and high error rate. In addition, the data update is seriously delayed, which has greatly restricted the smooth progress of the production process and limited the possibility of further improvement of production capacity.


In order to solve these problems, Hanglian Technology proposed a production line intelligent management system based on the Internet of Things RFID, wireless sensor technology and network technology, aiming to achieve real-time tracking and data collection of the production process of the manufacturing assembly line, improve the visualization and controllability of the workshop manufacturing process, and thus improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.


2. System Structure


The whole system is divided into three layers: data collection/execution layer, data communication layer and management and monitoring layer.


1. Data collection/execution layer


The data collection/execution layer includes RFID electronic tags and RFID data collection equipment, among which the collection equipment includes RFID handheld terminals, fixed RFID Readers and writers, and pneumatic radio frequency doors.


This layer has the function of displaying on-site information. It displays on-site information in real time through MES terminals, electronic billboards and other devices. Through these devices, the generation and management of spare parts batch numbers, as well as online real-time query, display and entry of production plans, production processes, production status information, production equipment information and quality analysis information are realized, realizing paperless operation in the workshop.


2. Data communication layer


The data communication layer consists of a communication network and a communication server, which is responsible for data transmission and communication.


3. Management and monitoring layer


The management and monitoring layer mainly completes the functions from middleware to production management and scheduling and data storage, responds to command requests from the underlying data terminal and sends scheduling instructions. The management and monitoring layer includes three parts: database server, management server and user software.


III. System features


1. Real-time dynamic tracking: The system realizes real-time dynamic tracking of the entire process of work-in-progress, and accurately obtains the location and status information of work-in-progress.


2. Seamless coupling: The system can realize seamless coupling of information when work-in-progress is converted in various production intervals to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.


3. Data support: The system provides data support for the three-dimensional operation guidance and logistics of the entire production line, improving the visualization and controllability of the production process.


4. Real-time monitoring: Through the RFID reader installed on the production line, the system can track and monitor the production process in real time.


5. Quality traceability: The system can track and manage the historical processing/source information of the product, which is convenient for quality traceability.


IV. System features


This system applies RFID technology to production management to achieve material cost control, production statistics and piece statistics. At the same time, according to user needs, it can also realize the operation monitoring and management of production line equipment components. The specific implementation method is as follows:


1. Paste RFID anti-metal tags on the pallets of the production line, and set RFID readers at the designated processing points. When the pallets pass through the reader, the system can read the tag information.


2. When the pallet moves to the vicinity of the processing point, the system will automatically identify the tag information and perform the corresponding processing operations according to the set program.


3. The pallets that need to be processed enter the processing point, and the pallets that do not need to be processed continue to move forward.


4. The system can collect production information in real time, quickly find production bottlenecks, and improve production efficiency.


5. Through the statistics of production information and the estimation of production progress, the system can accurately grasp the order progress and deliver goods in time. At the same time, combined with procurement, warehousing and other data, the system can reasonably arrange various work plans and reduce the backlog of work-in-progress.


V. Management improvement points


The application of RFID technology in production management helps enterprises to manage and monitor all aspects of production through real-time production data, grasp important information such as order progress and solve production bottlenecks, and improve production efficiency.


At the same time, the production data and other data are jointly analyzed to realize the operation monitoring of production line equipment components, product in and out of the warehouse management, and the in and out of the warehouse management of the logistics distribution center. Due to the characteristics of non-visual reading and simultaneous reading of multiple tags by RFID technology, the system can accurately read all logistics data of multiple tags at one time, which greatly improves the work efficiency of the "supply-production-logistics" supply chain process management of production enterprises.
