1. Warehousing and logistics
Labeling: Tag plan 1 (customized clothing tag). Users provide information such as clothing demand, content, and electronic tag unique codes for each season. The label manufacturer completes the production of clothing tags, writing of electronic tags, and printing of tag contents before sending them to the processing factory. , hang it on the corresponding clothing after completion; hangtag plan 2 (customized self-adhesive label), the user prints and writes the clothing label content and other information and sends it to the factory, and pastes it on the corresponding clothing hangtag after completion. Clothing packaging boxes use paper self-adhesive logistics labels.
Warehousing: The whole box of clothing is inspected without opening the box through the "single-level item identification terminal". The equipment can guarantee a 99.99% recognition rate for the clothing labels in the box. If there is an error, the RFID handheld machine can be used to inspect the goods again. After receiving the goods, the RFID box label is printed and pasted, and the inspection data is transferred to the ERP system.
Picking: Using the "single-level item identification pipeline (customized on demand)", the items are read one by one and compared with the store order information details for sorting and confirmation. After packing, the boxes are sealed and RFID box labels are printed and pasted (with store ID, etc.) information) to facilitate management in the logistics process.
Inventory: Use RFID handheld devices or "mobile identification terminals" to conduct box-level inventory, and data interaction can be achieved through Wifi or data Files.
Outbound: The sorted full box of clothing passes through the "automatic identification channel" and reads the RFID box tag for full box outbound inspection. It is inspected against the outbound order and then outbound for loading.
Delivery: When delivering to a store or customer, an RFID handheld device is used to read the customer's RFID tag card and the label of the unloaded cargo box, and after checking against the delivery task list, the delivery handover is completed.
2. Retail stores
The store system supports RFID item-level management. It is used for acceptance without unpacking, quick sales settlement, efficient inventory and certain anti-theft functions.
Inspection: Inspection can be carried out through the "automatic identification channel" or RFID handheld machine.
Sales: A "fixed reader + antenna" is installed in the sales desk, which can automatically identify the RFID tags in clothing tags and generate sales details at the same time.
