The challenges we face

Solutions adopted

In view of the characteristics of ticket checking in the channel of this forum, an effective RFID ticket checking management system and electronic ticket solution were developed. Combining the application of barcode and RFID technology, through the configuration of RFID ticket checking handheld terminals, intelligent identity verification is carried out for VIP participants from various countries attending the conference, which is accurate and fast, greatly improving the speed and efficiency of ticket checking, and shortening the passage time of VIP participants. Improved service quality.

Project implementation results

1. Using the RFID intelligent identification system to replace the traditional method of checking VIP identities, the ticket checking efficiency is greatly improved and the ticket checking time of VIP participants is shortened.

2. Accurately check the validity of the identity information of participating VIPs through the RFID ticket checking handheld machine, effectively eliminating forged documents, identity fraud, etc.

3. The RFID handheld PDA can easily upload ticket inspection information to the backend management system, making it easier for managers to view and manage VIP personnel information.
