Applications

     RFID application for filling prescription pills in a pharmaceutical production line

     The medicine bottles are placed on a rubber disc inlaid with a code carrier. When each medicine bottle passes through the first data writing code carrier station as the conveyor belt rotates, the reader writes the order number and the model number of pills that need to be filled. .

     The pill bottles move at high speed on the conveyor belt. At each pill filling station, a reader/writer installed under or next to the conveyor belt reads the tag. Only when the pill model to be filled is consistent with the pill model at the filling station, the pill bottle stops rotating, and the PLC sends a command to the filling station to fill the pills into the pill bottle. The reader then writes the pill filling information into the tag, and then confirms at a subsequent inspection station whether the pill model recorded in the tag is consistent with the pill model to be filled. The application of RFID technology has greatly enhanced the work efficiency of the inspection site, quickly responding to customer orders and delivering them to customers in a timely manner.
