1. System overview

2. System workflow

The counter collection staff collects the customer's laundry, writes the customer information and clothing information into the electronic tag, and then hangs the RFID electronic tag on the clothing. Clothes with electronic tags are packed and sent to the laundry factory. The UHF RFID Reader reads the electronic tag information of all the laundry clothes in the package at one time, and checks the data with the laundry task list. After confirmation, the clothes collection outlet and the Handover between laundry factories. After being sorted, the laundry enters the laundry process. After washing, the clothes are sorted and packaged. The reader reads the electronic tag information of all the clothes in the bag again, and checks the data with the corresponding laundry task list to confirm. After confirmation, the customer will collect the clothes.

3. Introduction to the hardware of this system

This system mainly requires hardware to complete card issuance, card reading, card writing and other functions. The required hardware is as follows:

A. RFID Card issuer. It is specially designed for electronic label card issuance, which can achieve fast card issuance. It has anti-interference and other characteristics.

B. RFID reader. A high-performance product that supports simultaneous reading of multiple tags and protocols. Supports 4 external antennas at the same time, which can reduce antenna investment costs.

C. RFID external antenna. The system uses a circularly polarized antenna, so that the effect of reading and writing tags is not affected by the position of the tag, and the working distance reaches 5-7 meters.

D. RFID Laundry Tag

       The system uses RFID laundry tags specifically designed for the laundry industry. The label is encapsulated with rubber material and has the functions of waterproof, high strength, bendable, high temperature resistance and washability. The label adopts the EPC GEN2/ISO18000-6C international standard protocol.

4. Functional modules and features of this system

Mainly composed of the following 8 functional modules: counter collection, counter pickup, laundry factory handover, clothing inventory, clothing inquiry, clothing pickup statistics, customer management, and system settings.

A. Clothes collection at the counter

This module consists of a card issuing machine and a counter collection function module. The counter staff passes the user information and clothing through the card issuance machine.

E. Clothing inquiry
