By installing RFID electronic tags at important sites, when the AGV inspection robot stops at the site for inspection, it reads the RFID electronic tag information and combines it with the information it carries. Various sensors obtain status information and environmental information of inspection objects, and detect faults such as line heating and abnormal machine noise that are difficult for workers to detect.


Implementation function:


Intelligent identification of materials: By installing RFID on pallets and materials, the AGV trolley can accurately obtain information on the pallets and materials during transportation.


Automatic information transmission: The RFID reader transmits the read tag information to the background through the network port or serial port.


Automatic transportation of goods: The AGV car determines the route that the materials need to be transported and the area where the materials need to be placed by reading the labels of the materials.


Intelligent recording of goods: The AGV car can accurately record the quantity of materials transported and the number of times the materials are transported by reading the label information, making it easy to query at any time.


RFID is controlled by PLC in the AGV. The car is equipped with a wireless communication system, which can communicate wirelessly with the host computer, report its own running position and working status, execute the instructions of the host computer, and transmit the work rhythm and workload to the host computer in a timely manner. machine; AGV reads the ground signs through RFID and makes corresponding actions (changing speed, steering, positioning and parking, etc.). PLC can control the car according to the preset program, or upload the data to the host computer, and then according to the Control the car using instructions from the host computer.


The carrier of goods transported by AGV is mainly pallets. RFID technology is used for AGV goods transportation, mainly by installing readers and antennas on AGV landmark readers, and installing electronic tags on pallets or goods. When the AGV landmark reader tranSports goods, it records the transported goods information by reading the labels on the pallets or goods.
