In order to strengthen the safety precautions of the troops and prevent the occurrence of firearms and ammunition on duty being robbed, sentries being attacked, and sentries fleeing the troops with firearms and ammunition, the supervision and management of (mobile) firearms and ammunition on duty should be strengthened to effectively prevent the loss of firearms and ammunition, and prevent gun-related incidents from occurring. Due to the occurrence of serious and vicious cases of ammunition, combined with the actual situation of the army, we developed the "wireless alarm system for preventing gun loss, robbery, and theft" and "wireless alarm system for gun and bullet combination and gun and bullet separation". It has been installed and used on the mobile sentry and fixed sentry guns of the army. By connecting to the "alarm control command center" (duty room), timely, accurate, multi-directional and multi-functional alarm effects are achieved. The system is simple to operate, It has the advantages of easy use, reasonable configuration, strong pertinence, and stable operation, and has achieved various design functions. It has passed the appraisal of a certain military region expert group appraisal committee and been approved to equip the troops.
1. System Overview
The gun removal alarm system is a security system developed based on many years of experience in security construction and combined with today's advanced wireless sensor network technology, frequency hopping communication technology and energy-saving technology. Compared with the traditional out-of-position alarm system, this system has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, high reliability, simple installation and debugging, and low daily maintenance. There is a micro signal transmitter in the butt of automatic rifles such as "Type 81", "Type 81-1", "Type 95" and "Type 03", which is installed on the butt. According to the actual situation of the sentry, the system monitoring and control is delineated The range is the warning line, and the signal collected by the receiver is analyzed by the microcontroller. When the sentry appears to be out of position by 4-5 meters, the receiver loses the signal and a voice prompts that the gun is abnormally out of position. If it returns within the specified time, the system returns to normal. ; Otherwise, the alarm system will treat it as an alarm that the gun has been stolen. After comparison and confirmation, the alarm will sound an alarm. (If you encounter an emergency, you can also press the alarm button to call the police.) After the alarm host in the duty room receives the alarm signal, it displays the sentry number audibly and visually, and emits a voice message and alarm sound. Personnel on duty can arrange for emergency response teams to handle the situation. In order to understand the entire process of the sentry's duty and provide reference information after an emergency, the alarm host set up a storage unit to comprehensively record the removal of the gun.
In response to problems such as gun misfires caused by individual sentries accidentally loading live ammunition, an intelligent duty gun-bullet combination and gun-bullet separation reminder system was developed. As long as the sentry gun and gun are separated or the gun and gun are combined, the system will immediately issue an alarm, which greatly improves the army's rapid response ability to deal with emergencies at the sentry post and improves the safety management level of the sentry post.
2. System composition
The system mainly consists of RFID gun tags and omnidirectional RFID Readers, low-frequency activators, remote wireless voice alarm host systems, emergency alarm buttons, behavior recognition analysis software electronic map display, printing and other parts.
2.1: RFID electronic tag
As the most advanced identification code at present, electronic tags are not easy to be damaged, have reliable data, are easy to use, and can be used as the unique identifier of the target for tracking and positioning. When working, managers use networked wireless identification base stations to track and locate. It has the characteristics of long cycle time and long effective communication distance. It is the best choice to replace bar codes and infrared identification. Install it on a controlled target.
Electronic tag (RFID) technology is a radio frequency automatic identification technology that uses radio frequency signals and their spatial coupling and transmission characteristics to achieve automatic machine identification of stationary or moving items to be identified. The system is developed through electronic tag technology , and produced two products: electronic wristbands and prison guard cards.
Radio frequency identification systems generally consist of three parts, namely electronic tags, readers, and background management software. In the application, the electronic tag is attached to the items, equipment, and persons to be identified. When the items, equipment, and persons to be identified attached to the electronic tag enter the reading range of the reader, the reader automatically wirelessly records the agreed information in the electronic tag. Identification information receives or writes specific information to realize the function of automatically identifying items or automatically collecting item identification information.
The system composed of RFID and short-range communication equipment mainly includes two parts: smart RFID and RFID read-write units (RWU). The wireless communication between the read-write equipment RWU and RFID realizes the connection between the information management system and RFID. Information exchange.
2.2: Principles of RFID identification technology
The reading and writing device RWU is an RFID reading and writing controller. It consists of a microprocessor, a security module, a microwave communication controller, and communication interfaces such as RS232, 485, and TCP/IP. It uses short-range communication protocols and microwave wireless transmission methods to realize RWU. For the purpose of safe and reliable information exchange with RFID, RWU connects to the host computer through RS232, 485, WIFI, GPRS, TCP/IP, etc., receives control commands and data from the host computer and returns data.
2.3: Principle of low frequency activator
Our company's low-frequency activators each have 4 or 6 activation antennas. 4 or 6 adjacent rooms can share one low-frequency activator. In the entire positioning system of our company, the positioning base station is The minimum base point, as the nearest base point of the positioning point, has a distance of 3-3.5 meters from the activated tag, that is, each tag is activated within a range of 3-3.5 meters from the activator, and its positioning accuracy can be described as 3- 3.5 meters. Activators in different areas have their own unique address codes. When a person enters the positioning base station with a semi-active low-frequency activation tag and is activated, the tag works normally, sending the ID number of the tag to the outside world and also sending the activation tag's ID number. The address code of the activator, so that through the address code of the activator, we can locate the location of the tag. When the tag is moved from one activator to another location, the uploaded activator address code will also change accordingly, thus forming a complete positioning system. The data uploaded by the tags is received by a wide range of positioning base station gateways, and the information is uploaded to the management center for processing, completing the entire positioning system. The sentry post removal system only requires a reasonable arrangement of low-frequency activators or a coil around the city, which can effectively control the sentry post removal by about 5 meters.
Simple 2.45G active RFID should not be easily implemented as a sentry post removal system due to long transmission distances and easy signal interference. It needs to be combined with a low-frequency activator to reduce the range. On the one hand, it can accurately locate the sentry post removal distance, and on the other hand, it ensures signal stability. Less interference.
3. System Functional Characteristics
3.1 Real-time automatic alarm function for robbed guns: This equipment has advanced detection function. Under 24-hour real-time operation monitoring control, it will automatically alarm to notify the personnel on duty if the gun is robbed or the gun is removed from the position.
3.2 Automatic alarm function for unauthorized departure from the sentry post: Based on the actual situation of the military sentry post, the system can automatically give an early warning or alarm to notify the personnel on duty if the sentry leaves the post without authorization.
3.3 Anti-disassembly and anti-vandalism: It has the function of disassembly and damage alarm and anti-disassembly. The electronic tag in the gun has an anti-removal function. When the electronic tag installed in the gun stock accessory box is illegally removed, an alarm can be automatically triggered. The equipment is small in size, well concealed, and not easy to be damaged by humans.
3.4 Multiple alarm functions: gun presence display, out-of-position warning or alarm, power loss reminder, emergency alarm, multi-level alarm, and disconnection alarm.
3.5 It has the function of real-time recording of events: the system can detect the duty posts in real time and record the events that occur in real time, so that relevant personnel can review them afterwards.
3.6 Arming and disarming: The arming and disarming time can be set according to the arming time period.
3.7 Strong anti-interference ability: adopts wireless frequency triple hopping technology and adaptive space radio waves.
3.8 Full wireless mode, low power consumption: energy saving, low power consumption. The testing equipment in the field are all low-power consumption equipment;
3.9 The design ideas are novel. This project comprehensively analyzed the key and difficult issues in the army's duty work, conducted systematic research on alarm review, alarm linkage, etc., and creatively proposed the design idea of combining civil defense with technical defense, and combining external defense with internal defense. It fundamentally solves the long-standing problem of guns on duty being easily out of control that has plagued the army. At the same time, it has extensive application value in military equipment supervision, personnel monitoring and other related work, filling the gap in this field.
3.10 Wide adaptability: The system functions adopt a modular structure, which can flexibly combine gun removal, sentry removal, emergency alarm and other functions according to actual needs, and has wide adaptability.
3.11 Tracking and positioning: Once special circumstances occur, the tracker can listen to the sounds around the gun through a mobile phone or learn the location of the gun through text messages on the mobile phone. At the same time, the real-time location of the gun can be found through the "Location Online" electronic map on the mobile phone or computer online platform.
3.12 Gun and bullet separation and gun and bullet combination: As long as the sentry gun and gun are separated or the gun and gun are combined, the system will immediately issue an alarm, which greatly improves the army's rapid response ability to deal with sentry emergencies and improves the safety management level of the sentry post.
