RFID anti-counterfeiting and anti-crossing system

1. Requirements analysis

Currently, due to the problem of cross-regional cargo transfer in TIS Company and the need to batch read product labels in boxes, it is difficult to meet the above two requirements by continuing to use barcode technology and other ordinary label identification management. This will seriously affect the company's reputation, after-sales service, and work efficiency. With the transformation of enterprise operations from extensive to intensive, in terms of distribution channel management, due to limitations of technology and means, the one-dimensional barcode management used by most enterprises is still the traditional model and management method in the early stage of operation. Disadvantages in efficiency, cost and controllability are becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, changes in the market environment have put forward new requirements for enterprises' channel management methods. RFID product anti-counterfeiting and anti-crossing management can help companies achieve strict supervision and control over the orderly flow of key commodities in the distribution network, improve the company's channel management level and after-sales service efficiency, and reduce and avoid channel risks. The system uses RFID electronic tag technology to accurately and confidentially identify key commodities with globally unique UID (ID Cards). Through the product verification function of foreign branches, we can effectively eliminate the problem of cross-regional sales and barcode cross-selling, and prevent the impact of counterfeiting. Maintain the company's reputation, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce the company's after-sales service costs and other unnecessary additional losses.

RFID technology has a batch reading function. UHF acquisition equipment can be used to read product ID numbers in large quantities at one time, greatly reducing the time for collecting product information and improving the efficiency of enterprise production, warehouse, and transportation management.

2. System Introduction

The RFID anti-counterfeiting and anti-smuggling system mainly uses RFID technology. An RFID electronic tag is affixed to each product, and data is collected through an RFID data collector (wireless or wired network connection). The collected data is collected through a wireless or wired network (Internet). ) are centrally and regularly transmitted to the database of the back-end monitoring center. The monitoring center database is installed with anti-counterfeiting and anti-crossing management software developed for enterprises (or this part of the function can be combined with the enterprise website and embedded into the web page to facilitate dealers and end-user inquiries). The software reads the detailed information of the goods. The company attaches a unique RFID tag to each product, which contains the product name and specification information, production information, serial number, sales information, etc. In particular, the RFID electronic tag can record more detailed sales areas and sales responsibility of the product. Data and information such as person, serial number of key accessories, etc., thus adding a unique, complete, confidential identity and attribute identifier to the product (the data information is provided by the requesting manufacturer and discussed with our company). Using this information can once and for all solve the problem of barcodes not being able to complete the cross-carrying and anti-counterfeiting functions. The use of this information can also provide a basis for sufficient data to be used in other systems in the future, such as CRM (customer relationship management), full traceability management of product end-to-end entire life cycle quality status, dealer management, etc.

3. System functions

3.1 Anti-channelling goods inquiry:

In view of the different price strategies of enterprises in different markets, in order to prevent cross-selling, enterprises can set market partitions when writing tags. Once the local channel dealer finds that there are channel dealers in other partitions selling in the area, they can quickly use the handheld reader to It is easy to find out which channel the product is sold through.

3.2 Sales management (anti-channelling):

By combining RFID technology with purchase, sales and inventory software and enterprise wide area networks, distribution companies can achieve comprehensive, effective and safe management and monitoring of the entire process of commodity distribution. And further obtain valuable commodity warehousing, logistics, sales, payment collection and other data, providing valuable statistical information, data and reports for the business decision-making of the corporate headquarters. Specific functions will include distribution area management (regional management, person in charge management), regional performance management, personal performance management, report management, etc.

3.3 Product anti-counterfeiting:

The system first uses the RFID address code to implement the anti-counterfeiting function. The address code is globally unique and cannot be copied. The logistics situation of each label is recorded in the database. Forged ID numbers are not recorded in the database and can easily be checked and processed by the system and automatically alarmed.

3.4 User query:

Through mobile phones or web pages, users can check which product the user purchased was produced by, on what date, and through which channel the product was purchased. There is no need to query relevant documents (document query is complicated). You can check whether it is genuine directly by using mobile phones or web pages. related information.

3.5 After-sales service:

The after-sales service department scans the RFID electronic tags to obtain information such as the source and attributes of the goods Stored in the tags, so as to conduct comprehensive and strict identification and confirmation of the goods to be repaired, ensuring that the company's interests are not harmed and effectively improving the quality of customer service. . When there are quality problems with the product or feedback from end users, the system can provide information feedback channels such as voice calls, emails, and WEB, and the after-sales service center will receive it.

4. Specific anti-counterfeiting and anti-counterfeiting procedures

4.1 Write tag ID number:

Use a desktop UHF reader to write electronic tag ID numbers in batches. The ID number can be written with product name, model, specification, box number, area number, quality inspection number and other information. In addition, RFID electronic tags can be encrypted, and whether to encrypt the tag can be determined according to the specific application. The encrypted electronic tag requires the correct password to be entered in the RFID collector before the encrypted electronic tag can be read.

4.2 Product labeling:

Receive electronic labels, affix electronic labels to each product before packaging the finished product, scan the label and put it into storage.

4.3 Tag ID binding area:

After the goods are sent out of the overseas management center, when they need to be shipped to the agent, the ID number of the product label to be sent is first collected into the system and bound to the corresponding agent number. Each batch of product ID numbers will correspond to the agent number, which is clearly visible on the system.

4.4 Query anti-crossing goods:

When it is necessary to check whether the product has been shipped, it comes from where the product has been shipped. Just read the electronic label number of the product, and the product name, model, specification, agent number and other information of the product will pop up. It is clear at a glance whether the product is shipped from another country and where it came from.
