New technology: RFID IoT management

For the first time, the Shinan District Procuratorate applied IoT technology to assist in the management of property involved in the case. Relying on the effective connection between the unified business application system and IoT technology, each property involved in the case was equipped with an "electronic ID Card" to achieve uninterrupted recording of the flow trajectory of the property involved in the case. , Tracking and tracing management.

The Southern District Procuratorate has established a storage room for the property involved in the case, with multiple built-in safes and storage boxes. It is equipped with servers, mobile laser scanners, whiteboard sensors, high-definition cameras and other professional equipment. It has assigned dedicated personnel to be responsible for the entry and management of information on the property involved in the case. .

When seizing items involved in a case during self-investigation or receiving physical evidence transferred from the police, the staff enters the relevant case information into the unified business system, imports the property information involved in the case into the property management system and uploads photos of the property involved. The system can automatically print E-code electronic labels. By attaching the E-shaped code to the BFID card (radio frequency identification card), the RFID Card can comprehensively record the case name, financial characteristics, financial quantity and other information of the property involved. When calling or leaving the warehouse, the scanning device scans and identifies the E barcode on the RFID card in a non-contact manner. The property involved in the case can be managed electronically and monitored online in real time through the mobile terminal. In addition, the system is also equipped with various functions such as data statistics and auxiliary analysis, which promotes the digital management of case information.

Each property involved in the case always carries a unique identity certificate from extraction, seizure, storage, transfer, and transfer out of the warehouse, and has corresponding system data and photo records, forming a complete network monitoring chain to ensure the integrity of the evidence before being transferred to the court. and authenticity, to realize the “authentication” rules of evidence.
